Everyone was super friendly and helpful. There were two things that made our stay unpleasant. The first thing was that the air conditioner was super loud, so we struggled to sleep. The other issue was that we could hear everything outside of our door, so at 3am we could hear 2 people casually talking to one another. Other than those two things, we had a decent stay.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Rooms were not in the best of shape and the door into the hallway had a gap that was big enough to see into and out of the room.

Felt that it was in need of renovation. The hot breakfast was really good. My kids liked the pool, but this is definitely the cheapest place and it is obvious why. I don’t think I would stay again.

The hotel was conveniently located next to the interstate. The staff was great upon check in. Staff was quick on getting maintenance called and maintenance man was not too long after that at arriving to fix a few issues. He was quick and friendly

There was a 1 inch gap under the door to our room and every noise in the hall was heard all night along with the light from hall shining so brightly that our room never became dark enough to get a good night sleep. There were other things but overall, it was not enjoyable.

I had a death in my family and I got in to town late. When I had to wait 5 minutes for my sister to call to give me the right CC number the male manager told me I had to wait outside. Even though I was about to pay him over $600. Then in the morning after coming in from finding out my battery in my car had died and I had lost my vape. The day staff who was completely ignorant of actual life saw me crying and told me I had to leave right away even though she just told me I could have 20 min to hop in the shower. I have CPTSD so when I am that upset over death and no sleep and dead car battery and no vape and then have some uneducated kid tel me because I went don't the wrong hall after all that had just transpired, she told me I was on drugs and had to leave or she was calling the police. Due to not only the discrimination of my disability but also the drug reference and refusing service I will be taking this company to court. I am taking a few years off to finish my doctorate but last year I made $160000. I have been sober for over a decade but heavily advocate for addicts. So I guess I will be seeing all of you "employees" who can't even do the small job you have right. And by that I mean be a decent human being. Since I am educated and a proven genius I know that projection makes perception. So you accusing me is a good indicator that you are on drug, it also doesn't help that you dig at your face. Our maintenance department looked at your room and the hot water was working, and the tub did drain once we released the tub stopper that was in place. We tried to inform you of this and even offered to move you to a different room, which you declined. I am sorry that you did not enjoy your stay, and we thank you, again, for being our guest.

Breakfast was one of the best hotel breakfast we have had. Even had blueberry waffle batter. Property was very clean and inviting. Pool looked well taken care of though we didn’t have time to try it out. When we visit salt lake next, we will most definitely be staying here again.
