This 8 bedroom home is ideal for big families or multiple couples. A private outdoor hot tub, game room, and theater room make this a fun place to make memories. The main living level includes a laundry room, an open kitchen/dining/living area with spacious cabinets, and a beautiful fireplace. The living room opens up to a large deck with a gas BBQ and incredible views. Two Master Suites are conveniently located on the main floor, with their own en-suite baths. The one master suite has its own 32 inch TV. A third bathroom is next to the study-which has a full-size Murphy bed. An attached three-car garage with storage opens to a convenient laundry area. The Upper level includes three bedrooms; one bedroom offering two full sized beds with a twin bunk above, and two additional rooms each with a queen-size bed. Also on this level, there are two full bathrooms, a queen Murphy bed that folds out of the wall, a game table, and a media center with a 40 inch TV. The lower level includes two bathrooms, an additonal laundry room, and three additional bedrooms. One offers two queens, one a queen bed, and the third has three twins. There is a second kitchen, dining table, pool table, table tennis, and a large theater room with recliners. Trapper's Ridge is a planned community of single-family homes just 15 minutes from Powder Mountain Resort. Snowbasin and Nordic Valley Ski Resorts are within a 25-minute drive. Pineview Reservoir, about a 15-minute drive, offers a sandy shore and a great place to enjoy lake activities. The community features a pool & a year-round hot tub overlooking Pineview Lake, Clubhouse with a fitness center, ping pong, and club room for private functions (the community pool is generally open Memorial Day to Labor Day). HOA rules only allow 8 guests to use the facilities (including the pool) at a time. There is a tennis court/pickleball and basketball practice area. The neighborhood trail connects to Wolf Creek’s network, offering about a 4-mile loop. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also available at the Clubhouse. The garage fits 3 cars with an additional 3 in the driveway. Additional parking spaces are located nearby. Per HOA rules, absolutely no parking on the street is allowed at any time (RVs and boats must be parked in the garage, not in the driveway). The view from the back deck is beautiful. This was the second time we stayed here, and we would love to visit again!! After skiing, we loved relaxing in the hot tub, and the kids enjoyed the game room as well. We love staying in Eden, and this home made it even better. Plenty of room for everyone with room to spare. House is huge and has everything you would need - from big kitchen with more than enough pots, pans, service wear etc, ping pong and pool table, hot tub etc etc. The movie room was an added bonus! This house has it all. Easy check-in and out, communication very easy, prompt and helpful with owner. Perfect location for skiing Powder Mountain and Snow Basin, and striking distance to Park City and other resorts. Highly recommend this house! We will be back. ##### Miller v. It is big! SO big!! The living area with the fireplace is much more spacious than the pics portray. The rooms keep going and going and going! And there are bathrooms everywhere! It could actually sleep more than it advertises. There are more sleeping spots and pull out mattresses not counted in the number it sleeps. The views are just beautiful! The neighborhood is so quiet. We were there on Halloween and didn't have a single trick-or-treater. So peaceful. There are walking paths throughout the neighborhood, which we made use of for beautiful Fall strolls. We used the clubhouse area for a pickleball tournament. The kitchen is beyond stocked! Everything you could need! We had a large group of teen girls and women, more than we had expected, and it was not crowded in the least. Spacious, spacious! Summer was more than accommodating, working with the cleaning staff to allow us to check in early and check out late. (Of course, this is not always possible, and can't be counted on. But we got lucky.) They had just had the interior of the house repainted, and there was paint dust settled on everything when we arrived, despite the owners spending hours cleaning the dust. Summer apologized and quickly refunded a portion of the cleaning fee. Every last family member raved about the choice in accommodations. So much to do, fabulous, peaceful, huge home. The kitchen was well stocked which was a nice surprise. We loved having large rooms to gather in as we spent a lot of time together. The view from the deck at sunset is phenominal. Everyone had a bed, and there were several workspaces, ample seating for meals, and lots of opportunities for entertainment during downtime. Every year, my children, their spouses, and my grandchildren find a house to rent and spend several days. This house did not disappoint. It was absolutely beautiful and had plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen and the house were very well stocked and had everything we could possibly need. Everything was very clean. There were three family room areas, so plenty of places for people to relax, visit, and play. There was a children's game closet stocked full of stuff for my grandkids. With a ping pong table, a pool table, and a movie theater, there was plenty of things to keep us occupied. We visited, we laughed, and many wonderful memories were made. The house is big enough to accommodate our family with each family able to have their own bedroom(s) and bathroom. We utilized the ping pong table and pool table a lot. We also enjoyed having access to the clubhouse for swimming. We forgot to bring our basketball but we did use the pickleball court. It was exactly what our family was looking for in a family reunion. There were about 20 of us and the place was big enough for everyone so that we didn't step on each other's toes and the common areas were large enough that we were able to hang out easily.
