« Hotel très agréable, qualité des repas excellente, le SPA est très grand, il est équipé de 2 saunas et d'1 hammam, il y a 2 piscines chauffées dont une en extérieur. Par contre rien n'est vraiment prévu pour la clientèle francophone qui se trouve bloquée par la barrière de la langue (clientèle Russe, Italienne et germanique), nous étions les seuls français dans l'hôtel. Par ailleurs le garage est à l'extérieur de l'hôtel ce qui n'est pas pratique et l'hôtel est situé en zone piétonne ce qui rend...

« Greeting with Champagne and tour through hotel. Hotelroom nice and clean. Beds comfortable. Dinner that was included was a 5 course meal that was excellent. Breakfast buffet was also excellent. Worth a trip and stay. 35 minutes from Merano. We did not have children with us but great for families. »

« Déception totale. L hôtel sur la proposition expédia est situé à Silz qui se trouve à 20 kms d ascension de col. Il faut savoir que l hôtel est fermé l été et les chambres sont dans une annexe à 150 mètres. Donc pas les prestations de l hôtel . Pas de fauteuil/ Pas de canapé / Pas de lavabo de sdb / obligé de se laver les dents dans un évier de cuisine. Petit déjeuner limité , pas de céréales, pas de fruits d.été , très peu de choix. Station déserte. Je déconseille »
