I was very impressed - the ace is nice, clean and is very centrally located, a 1 minute walk to the "Duke" monument. Dozens of restaurants around the corner, great walking places too. What truly made the stay special is the people who work at the front desk. Pleasant, professional, always smiling (not a given in Ukraine) looking to help with any question or request. The cherry on the cake was the present they gave my GF when they've found out it was her b-day. I travel a lot for both business and pleasure. Even in this weird COVID year, I've spent about 60 nights in hotels so far. These three were truly the most pleasant. Attention : l'hôtel est bien caché, il faut franchir le porche du 7 square Katherina, traverser une grande cour arborée et monter au 4ème étage d'un immeuble privé pour accéder à la réception de l'hôtel. Most important part of the hotel was it is right in the centre of all places of attraction in odesa. The value for money was excellent. Everything is close. And for the price, compared to other properties you can't beat it. But if you are used to being treated delicately maybe it is not for you. It is not too many frills but very nice. You can get a view of the Black Sea from 5th floor. Staff is great. It is right in the middle of everything but removed from city noise by an old world courtyard. ##### Tom Stayed 1 night in Jul 2018 Verified ### 8/10 Good #### utochka Mar 15, 2018 Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort #### エカテリーナ2世像前のホテル 繁華街に至近で、ポチョムキンの階段や劇場は徒歩10分圏内にあり、観光には便利です。 ただし、ビルの上階にあり通りに看板もなく、入口がわかりにくい。ICで夜中に到着し、タクシーで向かったもののドライバーは場所がわからず、エクスペディア掲載の電話番号は不通で、途方に暮れていたら、近所のメンズクラブの客が場所を教えてくれました。エカテリーナ2世像を正面に、左手の坂を下ったグレーのビルの中にあります（3分も歩けばビルの入口に着きます。入口にホテルの看板が出ています）。 繁華街を15分ほど歩くとショッピングモールがあります。スタローバヤや雰囲気の素敵なレストランが近くにたくさんありますが（もちろんホテルにもあります）、週末で混んでいたので、モール地下のスーパーで量り売りの惣菜を買い、ホテルで食べました。 部屋は決して広くはありませんが、掃除が行き届いており、清潔で快適です。 内部は天井が少し傾斜していて、屋根裏部屋のような素敵な雰囲気です。 バスローブやミニバーもあります。が、なぜかコンドームもおいてあります……近くに何件もメンズクラブがあったので、そういう用途で使う客もいるのかもしれません。 ただし、ホテル自体は健全な雰囲気です。 朝食は1ドリンク・1ディッシュのオーダー制。 写真のフォームにチェックを入れて渡します。朝食とはいえ時間に制限はないようで、好きな時間にオーダー可能です。 量もあり、作りたてなので暖かい。ただし、目玉焼きやオムレツなどを頼んでもパンはつきません。 フロントスタッフは英語が堪能で、みなさん大変親切でした。 フロントのある4階まではエレベータがありますが、4階から客室のある5階までは階段しかないので、大きな荷物のある方は頑張って運んでください。 ##### utochka Stayed 2 nights in Mar 2018 Verified ### 8/10 Good #### Mahir Mar 10, 2018 Liked: Staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort İlgi alakaları için çok teşekkür ederim ##### Mahir Stayed 3 nights in Mar 2018
