The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 3 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi as well as a smart TV with streaming services. A high chair is also available. The building in which the accommodation is located has an elevator. The holiday flat is located in a listed building from the 16th century, which was completely renovated between 2013 and 2019\. The ambience combines modern living comfort with a largely preserved historical building fabric. The market square with the town's new town hall is just a 2-minute walk away, and public transport is also within walking distance. Free parking is available in the main car park approx. 300 m from the accommodation. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and events are not permitted. An electric car charging station is available. The holiday flat is only separated from another unit by a corridor, making both accommodations ideal for booking larger families or groups. This accommodation has recycling guidelines as well as light and water saving features. Sustainable materials have been used for the insulation.
