The pool is not in service, this was so noted on the booking page, wifi is available to all guests. The password can be obtained at the front desk. Plumbing issues may arise but once report it would have been corrected or a room change been given.

The bar also is not in operation but beverages are available in the lobby area. Also we do not have coffee makers and refrigerator in the rooms and as such we do not advertise same. Please note linens (towels, wash cloth etc)are place in all rooms and DRINKING water is also available on property.

The water from the sink could have been reported so it could be corrected and also the dim light could be replaced with a brighter bulb.

Thanks for staying with us. We appreciate your business. While we appreciate your review, some of the claims are quite erroneous. All the rooms are supplied with hot and cold water. Wifi is available in the public areas. The breakfast that comes with the package is a continental breakfast which consists of toast, jam, butter, coffee/tea/juice. A cup of coffee costs U.S.2. (not J3000). Let me also categorically state that there is no extortion going on at this hotel. Had you encountered such an experience a report should have been made to management.

You stated that you had to end up leaving and going elsewhere however, this booking was for one night and you paid and stayed an additional night.

Thanks for staying with us. We never had any complain from the guests who occupied the room before or after you, There was no report made by you during your stay about this issue. Silver Seas complies with all the requirements from the health department and are certified by them.

We do adhere to the protocols set out by the Health Department and are inspected, monitored and certified by their team. It is unfortunate that these allegations were never reported or brought to the attention of anyone at the hotel during your stay.
