« L’accueil de l’hôtel ferme à 17h, nous ne savions pas, nous avons donc été pris en charge par la sécurité car nous sommes arrivés à 17h30\. Attente assez longue pour avoir notre chambre. Mal organisé par l’agent de sécurité. Chambre propre et lit King confortable. Le petit déjeuner est par contre juste horrible et non mangeable. Ne le prenais pas et aller vous chercher de quoi manger le matin au petit commerce en bas de la rue ou sinon ne mangez pas et économiser votre argent. Sinon situé dans...

« Hôtel bien située au centre ville. Mais pas de petit déjeuner pas de plage privée comme indique la plage ( le port ) est à côté de l’hôtel transat et parasol payant 5$ le transat et 5$ le parasol nous sommes rester 7 jours le ménage a été fait que 2 fois et encore parce que je suis aller me plaindre les draps et les serviettes ne sont pas changer l’hôtel est chère pour rien ne vaut pas son prix »

« Staff was fantastic; truly a joy to have them around. Property was good for the price, although slightly damaged due to a recent hurricane. (Hot water didn't work until the last day I was there, but it's fixed now.) Area around the villa is pretty much "other villas" - you'll need either to rent a car, take a taxi, or walk down to the gas station to catch the bus if you want to get so the local tourist attractions. The complimentary breakfast was also excellent - traditional Jamaican cuisine...

« The room was clean. Only 2 towels. No wash clothes or hand towels or bath mat. There was no hot water for showers. Only luke warm water. The hair dryer didn't work and we had to ask twice to get a hair dryer sent to the room. Also had to ask twice for wash clothes. The breakfast was very good and the staff was always kind and pleasant. The beach bar and the staff there was great. I've stayed there many times before and this was not the same as what we've come to expect. »
