Literally 20 feet from the crashing waves. Place was clean and oven worked well. Refrigerator and freezer perfect for our needs. Covered balcony allowed for sitting out in all weather. One of the seats of the kitchen chair were detached from the frame and my Mom pinched her finger while scooting her chair in. I also had to run the dryer 3-4 times to get my clothes dry. Top floor had a great view and quiet with double-pane windows. About the only sound heard was from the ocean waves. Place was clean and well stocked and communication with management company was good. Having a garage for the car allowed us to keep the car off the street. We spent a week there to relax after an exhausting camping trip. :) We were blown away by the spacious apartment. The view of the Pacific is fantastic and we enjoyed watching dolphins and seals in the morning. Yes, the ocean is noisy and the beach right in front of the house is washed away. Great location. We walked to the pier a lot. Was pleasantly surprised by the layout and size. The photos make it look smaller. The couches and the beds were very comfortable. We boogie boarded and played games on the beach when the tide was low. The layout of the master bedroom shower was unique. When it was high tide, the sound of the ocean was somewhat loud with the water rushing over the small rocks each time the water receded out…but we got used to that. The only con we ran into was the Wi-Fi. It seemed like it kept going in and out during our stay. Overall, we really enjoyed ourselves. And we will definitely be back again. ##### Tammy L.
