KITCHEN AND DINING The remodeled kitchen features quartz countertops, subway tile backsplash, and wood-look tile flooring, The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to create any of your favorite vacation foods right from the comfort of your own condo. There is even a Keurig machine, just bring your own pods! The dining area has a small table that can seat up to four. LIVING AREAS E205 is furnished with a large queen sofa-sleeper, a large arm chair and comfortable recliner chair that your party can relax in after an enjoyable day at the beach. Snuggle up with a good book or watch something on the flat-screen Smart TV that you can use to login and stream your favorite movies and shows. Cable with 250+ channels is also included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - the living room has a beautiful electric fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment. SLEEPING E205 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The master bedroom is accessed through the beautiful French doors near the balcony and has a King size bed. Relax and unwind in the cozy window seat, offering a serene spot to curl up and enjoy ocean views. The bedroom is also equipped with a 43" TV with cable, so you can enjoy your favorite shows in complete comfort. Additional sleeping arrangements are found in the living room where there is a queen-sized sofa sleeper. The bathroom is ensuite to the bedroom and features an upgraded vanity and a tub/shower combo. There was a bedroom ceiling fan that don’t really have a true high setting. A box fan that needed cleaning and an Amazon basic oscillating fan. We even brought a stand up fan from home knowing the weather was going to be record setting, but with no ocean breeze most nights it was hard to get comfortable and sleep. When it is high tide you hear the waves of the ocean from the balcony. The security team is awesome. We had the floor above us emptying their coolers and were putting water on our balcony where we were sitting. Security handled right away and no other concerns. The balcony was amazing to watch the waves and sunset. Eating meals out there were so restful and beautiful!! The automatic ice maker and coffee maker made the stay that much better. The greenery is gorgeous on the property. The amenities such as pool and games on property were great for the kids. The space was so clean and comfortable. I also wanted to say the owner was great and responsive when we realized the heaters had been turned off. She supplied great and safe heating and it was warm and cozy. She even delivered extra blankets. The entire stay was wonderful and gave us the vacation we wanted. I would highly recommend staying at this location. ##### Todd B. We spent a morning walking to and around the harbor, and saw 2 whales and a group of approximately 70-80 dolphins on the whale watching cruise. Great local restaurants and wine bars easily within walking distance. For a day trip, we took the Coastal train to San Diego and took the ferry over to Coronado. Fun day! Beautiful resort like grounds on the property and absolutely gorgeous beach! The condo was clean and the bed was super comfortable!! Erikka checked in with us to make sure everything was going okay and she was really responsive with questions when we first booked.
