The spacious 4 level floor plan made for relaxed time with newborn to 87\. Right out the door were places to walk, run, get craft coffee along with variety of places to eat. The ocean views were breathtaking and a highlight for all. Twenty five of us were well accommodated. Multiple kitchens supplied the necessary items. Laundry access was a plus. We have tried several spots, and this was by far the best accommodations our group has ever experienced. Killer location!!! Walking distance to phenomenal beaches, shops, and restaurants. The property itself had plenty of common space, each room had it's own bathroom, and plenty of kitchen space to prep food. They best part was having the ocean right at your door. You could hear the waves where ever you are in the house, and waking up to the serene views were indescribable. It felt like a little slice of Heaven. We will be back! ##### Marie P. One problem we had was that the fire alarms went off and they just told us to disconnect each alarm, which was somewhat dangerous because we had to climb on chairs and even a chest of drawers. They never did come to fix them before we checked out. Our main concern was that in order to get to usable beach, we either had to climb over big rocks during the very brief and early low tide period or walk almost down to the pier. ##### Kathy T. The property was nice, but for the price it should be more updated....Internet was slow or no service, no disposals, the layout was hard for one big family. 3 Kitchens sounds nice but 29 of us wanted to be in one. But I'm very picky. We were all disappointed in the lack of beach. I specifically asked for "beachfront". We decided not to cook Thanksgiving even though the property advertised the kitchen was stocked to do that. However, that was not the case. Also for the price every bathroom should have, shampoos, conditioner, blow dryers and especially enough toilet paper for the week. ##### Lynnette T. There is little to no beach in front of the house, but the large Oceanside Beach is just 200 yards away. The concierge was immediately responsive to our one call for repair of a window lock. We understood there would be a change of towels on Wednesday which did not occur, but perhaps we were to call for them and didn't. We rented the entire 11 bedrooms, one of which only has a sofa bed, and were very satisfied. The indication that the house can serve 26 includes that sofa bed and four twin beds located in the two kitchens. Very nice place and we will recommend it for large families. ##### Tony A. This home is beautifully decorated, super clean, and has an incredible view of the ocean. We didn't want for anything! The kitchens, (yes, kitchens!), were stocked with large tables and chairs, new appliances, dinnerware, and gadgets for our use. The bedrooms are comfortable, roomy, and each bedroom has its own lovely bathroom. Big screen TVs on every floor living room were great for watching Sunday football. The pier, markets, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Parking was no problem either. The patio seating, hot tubs, fire pits, and barbecues were all first-class and available for us too.
