This luxurious 11-bedroom, 11-bathroom home is designed for comfort and elegance, accommodating up to 26 guests with ease. Each bedroom features plush king or queen-sized beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The living spaces are thoughtfully designed, with a spacious living room featuring a queen sleeper sofa for added comfort.

The property boasts a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, microwave, and dishwasher, making it perfect for preparing meals. Enjoy the convenience of wireless internet, air conditioning, and ceiling fans throughout the home. Relax on the expansive deck or rooftop deck, both offering panoramic ocean views and the soothing sounds of the waves.

We have stocked the kitchens keeping in mind you might be cooking a Thanksgiving feast. Just imagine all of the memories that will be made on your vacation on the beach! All homes in Oceanside, CA sit behind a rock barrier protecting the homes from storm surges. The amount of sand beyond the rock barrier varies quickly with storms and tides and may have more or less sand than what is shown in the photos.

For your convenience, we provide a starter kit of essential items to get your stay off to a comfortable start. This includes a small supply of dishwashing pods, laundry pods, paper towels, tissues and toilet paper. Please note that these items are provided as a courtesy and are not intended to last for the entire duration of your stay. Guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies as needed.

Cousins Get Together 2024

This property was perfect for our large family get together. Wonderful locations with beautiful view of the ocean. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. Stocked very well for cooking. Large areas for everyone to gather but also the space for privacy. Resort management was very responsive. Definitely would rent this property again

Fabulous Family stay prior to wedding

The home was very clean and had just about any amenity that we wanted. Beds & pillows were very comfortable. Living areas were large and lent themselves to large gatherings with ease. The views were spectacular from each of the four terraces (one on each floor.) Enjoyed ourselves completely - highly recommend this property!

Perfect Family Celebration

We had a family gathering to celebrate our Aunt's 88th birthday. It was extra special because we all were able to stay together and enjoy the ocean view. Plenty of room to be together for meals, games and wave watching. We were able to see dolphins and seals right in front of the home. With so much space we could also have quiet time if needed. Everything we needed was there, the rooms were perfect for our group. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Even played pickleball at the Community Center. Excellent customer service. We will definitely rent again.

Stunning Views

We enjoyed Christmas with several family members. We rented both the units, and there was ample space for our group and more. All rooms have private baths, bedrooms are comfortable, furniture in living areas is comfortable and kitchens are well equipped. But, the main attraction is the location. Views are stunning and it’s an easy walk to the pier and beach areas. We had a few maintenance issues during our stay, but the property management team was very responsive. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit

Family Fun

We had the best time. All levels served us well and kitchens were stocked accordingly. If one kitchen did have something that did not work, the other kitchens did. We had 26 guests and all were comfortable and enjoyed themselves.

Wedding celebration

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Oceanside at the 829-X property of Beachfront Only Vacation Rentals. We had family in town for our daughter's wedding and the home was a great place to gather many people together for the week. We enjoyed the location -- literally ocean side in Oceanside -- and loved the short walk to the pier, beach and shopping area. A bonus was this property did not have a road in between the house and the water. This provided a sense of seclusion while being near all the vibrant energy of the town. The only hiccup we had was on the last night of our stay. The following morning we discovered that our cars were broken into while inside the four car garage. Apparently, the side doors do not always latch shut. Be sure to lock your cars even while inside the garage as there may be snoopers roaming while you sleep. BOVR was highly responsive though as they sent a crew out that morning to install gates in between the houses on both the street and ocean side of the property. Now fully secure. We would definitely recommend any of the BVRO properties in Oceanside and we look forward to returning one day soon.

Overall we very much loved the property. For 20 people, the size and bedroom/bathroom numbers were perfect. We wished the elevator was available due to some being over 80yrs old, but we knew in advance it wasn’t. The stairs just got tough for a few. The only bad part is the parking- the 4 spots in the garage are extremely tough to get in and out of, and parking on the street is risky (my rental car got sideswiped right in front which resulted in approx 3,000 in damages). That’s not the house’s fault, but other renters should beware of that risk for their stay.

Family Reunion

Family travelled from 6 states to celebrate grandma and great grandma. The spacious 4 level floor plan made for relaxed time with newborn to 87. Right out the door were places to walk, run, get craft coffee along with variety of places to eat. The ocean views were breathtaking and a highlight for all. Twenty five of us were well accommodated. Multiple kitchens supplied the necessary items. Laundry access was a plus. The management was exceptionally responsive. We highly recommend Beach Front and look forward to coming back.

We have tried several spots, and this was by far the best accommodations our group has ever experienced. Killer location!!! Walking distance to phenomenal beaches, shops, and restaurants. The property itself had plenty of common space, each room had it's own bathroom, and plenty of kitchen space to prep food. They best part was having the ocean right at your door. You could hear the waves where ever you are in the house, and waking up to the serene views were indescribable. It felt like a little slice of Heaven. We will be back!
