It's in a quiet, friendly neighborhood. The property was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. The rooftop deck was even nicer than I expected. Three lg screen TV’s plus another fireplace in master. Rental needs updating for instance microwave, more plates, sofa in TV family room plus sliding glass door to side walkway broken. Also all kinds of old junk alongside house. Property manager purchased new BBQ while we were there & installed new kitchen faucet, fluorescent lights in kitchen, which we appreciated.
