From the minute you walk through the door, you realize the vibe inside this home is unlike anything you've experienced at any other vacation rental. From the hand painted wall murals to the super stylish furniture. From the spacious hot tub and covered back patio to the backyard to the game room featuring ping pong, Pop a shot, darts, and arcade games Mortal Kombat and Pac Man. Warning, you will not want to leave! The layout of this beautifully decorated home throughout creates a perfect space for multiple families or groups of friends traveling together. You will never feel crowded with all of the space this single story home provides! Guests will enjoy 4 spacious bedrooms along with 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, sitting area, additional family/TV room, brand new AC, and a 2 car garage converted into a game room with laundry, a beautiful backyard. The master suite has a king size bed and it's own private master bathroom. The three other bedrooms all have queen beds including the large second bedroom which has 2 queens and a sliding door that leads to the covered patio. The fully stocked kitchen provides everything you need to cook your meals at home. With stainless steel appliances, clean countertops and everything you may need to cook a delicious meal. When it's time to play games, watch the big game or a movie, the game room is the perfect spot! You will enjoy the large flat screen TV, with streaming services, and plenty of games to choose from. The location is ideal for guests who feel like exploring Oceanside, visiting our beautiful beaches, going to Legoland, or visiting family members at Camp Pendelton as you are located just a short 6 minute drive to downtown Oceanside. This property offers a true local Southern California experience. You will appreciate the vibe, the attention to detail, the endless things to do, and will want to return again to enjoy all that this beautiful home has to offer! My team and I will be available to answer any questions you have throughout your entire stay. We are very quick to respond should you need anything at all during your stay. There is a great family park about a 10 min walk or 2 min drive away called Buddy Todd Park. It has basketball hoops, a play structure, large grassy areas with picnic tables, and a path that goes around the park for running, walking, roller skating, etc. Target, Trader Joe’s, and plenty of shopping are just 5-10 min away. There are great places to order food from - one of our favorite Mexican food places is La Perla Tapatia - it is reasonable and delicious. Our favorite sushi place is Hooked on Sushi on El Camino, but our second favorite is Teri Cafe across from Target. Legoland is about 8 miles away Wild Animal Park - 26 miles away Sea World-36 miles away San Diego Zoo - 38 miles away Disneyland-59 miles away Universal Studios-98 miles away Oceanside Beaches within 10 minutes We recommend having your own car, Uber and Lyft are plentiful and readily available. The house is great and the beds were comfy. The kitchen was well stocked although we couldn’t find a cookie sheet but other than that we had everything we needed. The hot tub was nice after a long day at the beach. There were plenty of beach towels and a couple boogie boards which the kids loved. The game room was a hit. It was a little toasty but we opened the utility door and cracked open the garage door and while we were out we unplugged the string lights which helped. Albertsons is not too far away for a quick grocery run and the drive to beaches wasn’t bad at all. It was a great stay. Thank you ##### deanna v. If I was the owner of this property (I own several rental properties), I would fire the management company. The home was not clean. The rugs were all extremely dirty. There is an ant infestation in the backyard and daily ant incursions into the home. Several guests woke up with ant bites. When we arrived on a Monday, we found the hot tub dirty and smelly. We were informed that it is cleaned on Tuesdays, which means it probably had not been cleaned from the previous weekend rental. It was shocked the next day with hard chemicals which meant we could not use it for at least 24 hours, resulting in a loss of access to the hot tub for most of our stay. Management response was lackluster. We asked for a minor refund and they have gone silent.
