This 3 bedroom, dog friendly, multi-level home with two arcade video games and a foosball table is how you keep the young ones entertained before a long day at the beach! Take a 6 minute stroll to the shore or walk a couple of blocks to some of Oceanside's popular restaurants. 3 Bedrooms, 2 ½ Baths \- Master bedroom: king bed, sleeps 2, smart TV, walk-in closet, ensuite bathroom \- Second bedroom: king bed, sleeps 2, ensuite bathroom also accessed from hallway \- Third bedroom: queen bed, sleeps 2 AMENITIES \- Fire pit \- BBQ grill \- Rooftop patio with plenty of seating \- Heating & AC \- Queen sofa bed in office \- Fully-equipped kitchen with barstool seating and wine fridge \- Dining area for up to 8 \- Washer and dryer PARKING \- Up to 2 smaller vehicles or 1 standard size vehicle in the garage. \- Street parking may be available, but please abide by the posted signs along the curb. Street parking will be difficult to find. HOUSE RULES \- MAX OCCUPANCY AT ALL TIMES: 8 \- QUIET HOURS: 9pm - 9am \- NO PARTIES, GATHERINGS, NO EXTRA GUESTS THAT OVER OCCUPIES THE HOME, OR EVENTS ALLOWED. Strictly enforced. \- THIS HOME IS DOG FRIENDLY: There is a $50 fee per night, per dog. Up to 2 dogs allowed. We only accept dogs. Please note that on Airbnb these fees are collected after the booking has been paid and someone from our team will reach out to you to collect the pet fee. \- VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. PLEASE NOTE! \- Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. It is your responsibility to walk the home and/or property upon arrival, to make this space safe for your children. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental. \- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available. \- There are exterior surveillance cameras recording 24/7\. The cameras are located outside the front door, outside the garage door, in the garage and front patio. \- This home is not child proofed. There are a lot of stairs throughout the home and the rooftop deck is easily accessible. \- This home is not fenced. Please keep your dog on a leash at all times. \- The fireplaces are not operational. CANCELLATION POLICY \- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee. \- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee). \- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment. Parties and Overoccupancy Policy: If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
