All Strictly enforced. • THIS HOME IS PET FRIENDLY! Pets are allowed with a pet fee of $50 per pet, per night. We only accept dogs, please no cats. Please inquire about other pets allowed with our Reservations Department. If you bring furry friends, we ask that you do not allow them outside during quiet hours, as neighbors are very sensitive. Please do not leave your pets alone & unattended during your stay. • VIDEO & PHOTOGRAPHY: There shall be no video, still photography or film production of any kind without the express written consent of the owner. Fees apply. \- SMOKING: This home and all Vacation Rentals by Kimberly properties are strictly non-smoking. Smoking of any kind is not permitted anywhere on the premises. A minimum $250 fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found. PLEASE NOTE! • Please take note that this home is NOT baby and/or child proofed. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee. • Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee). • Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment. Parties and Overoccupancy Policy: • If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund. Thursday was highlight of our trip for the sunset market and farmer's market. So conveniently close didn't have to worry about parking and drop of shopping goods. Family felt really relaxedAnd enjoyed the easy pace the locals have and great for our furry baby too, so much for her to walk /visit as well. Would definitely come back again to get away from the hustle bustle city life. It’s in a quiet, peaceful area, yet everything we wanted to explore was just a short walk away, including the beach and pier. Customer service was also outstanding.
