This front-row, west-facing beach condo is on the ground floor and has just undergone a completely gorgeous remodel! Wood-look tile throughout, new kitchen with quartz counters, new shaker cabinets, aqua tile backsplash, stainless appliances and a Kohler Workstation sink. All new bathrooms feature porcelain wall tile with designer trim and backsplashes. Soothing ocean colors create a luxurious, relaxing retreat with 2 leather recliners, a queen-size sofa bed, and an additional chair. The living room features a cozy gas fireplace, and opens to the oceanfront patio. This is an ideal location for those who want to be an active part of the beach scene. You can walk right out from your patio with only a few steps to the sand! So bring your surfboards and boogie boards and jump right in! Beach chairs and towels are provided. You'll appreciate the extra parking space, a rare feature at North Coast Village. Pacific Paradise Cottage features 2 luxury primary bedroom suites, both with amazing views of the Pacific Ocean and the beach. One has a cal king-size pillow-top bed and the other has a full-size bed and a twin bed, both with pillow-top mattresses. Both bedrooms have wonderful ocean views. One bath has a tub/shower combination and the other has a walk-in shower. The newly remodeled kitchen has a refrigerator, range, microwave, and dishwasher, and is equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. The dining table seats 6. Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet. Pacific Paradise Cottage is located in North Coast Village, an oceanfront tropical paradise located right on the beach between the Oceanside Harbor and the Oceanside Pier, and is a favorite destination for people from around the world. You'll enjoy the beautiful waterfalls, tropical foliage, flowers, streams, walkways, Koi ponds, two heated pools and spas, putting green, exercise rooms, saunas, and recreation rooms with table tennis, billiards and foosball. The complex consists of nine four-story buildings surrounded by two-story cottages, on several acres of lushly landscaped tropical grounds. Enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California. The A Building has its own heated pool and spa, barbecues, laundry, and table tennis. Of course you also have access to all the other amenities of North Coast Village as well. The landscaping surrounding the A Building has just been re-done, and it is gorgeous! Experience spectacular sunsets and enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque adjacent harbor which features several excellent restaurants, great live music, and fun and unique shopping. There are also kayak, boat, and paddle boat rentals, and fishing or whale watching excursions. The Mainstreet Oceanside Farmers' Market is a delightful experience near the Pier which takes place every Thursday from 9-1, and and the Sunset Market Thursday evenings from 5-9. Great location! Oceanfront! Great sunsets, people watching, surfers and dolphins! The management company was very responsive. The coffeemaker didn’t work and they had a new one there in a couple hours. We had a couple bugs in one room but we are on the beach. The also had bug spray. We stayed in this unit for our long 4th of July weekend and we could not have been happier! It’s like your own private cabana on the beach! We had a front row seat to the bicycle parade on the 4th! So much energy from everyone! Management staff is A+! Any and all concerns were met with concern and urgency. Beds were comfortable and they supplied enough fans for all rooms. I can’t say enough good things about this place. We will definitely be back! ##### Celina A. We live in So Cal and wanted a nice beach front property. This was perfect! Literally steps away from the beach, located right on the Strand in Oceanside. The property complex is very pretty, lush with streams, waterfalls, etc. The property itself was well equipped, TV’s in the bedrooms where you can connect to all the streaming services. Location is between the harbor and the pier, either one you could walk to and also very close walk to both pools. Highly recommended this property, we are already planning for next year! ##### Renae S. Perfect view of sunsets from our patio. Condo was clean and beautiful. Size was just right for my boyfriend and I and my 2 teenage daughters. Was so nice to have 2 bedrooms and of course 2 bathrooms. We would love to return there again. The amenities at the property were in great condition, and look like the pictures in the listing. I wish we had more days to stay. I also appreciated the convenient outdoor shower stations to wash sand from the beach. The one down-side was the spa closest to our unit was closed for maintenance but the other one was available with a little longer walk. Not a big deal and I appreciate that the pool and spas are well maintained. ##### annalee j. We go to Oceanside every summer and this condo is in a prime location on The Strand. Most of the other beach house/condos we’ve rented in the past did not have A/C, like this condo. However, this was exceptionally HOT! This was a last minute trip so I’m happy to have found a place on The Strand, but due to the hotness and stuffiness of the condo, I don’t think I’d stay in this unit again ##### Ashley C.
