The corner location of this gorgeous condo allows views from 3 sides! The kitchen has been updated with beautiful slab granite counter tops, and is fully equipped with dishes, pots and pans, and cooking utensils. The living room is beautifully furnished with an oh-so-comfortable sectional and 2 chairs. The view from the living room balcony is of the landscaped gardens of the "A" Building. The primary penthouse retreat of Lanai Lookout occupies the entire upstairs and offers simply exquisite ocean views. Featuring a pillow-top bed for a super comfy sleep. The 2 spacious balconies offer plenty of space for lounging, sea-gazing, and dining. This is the ultimate space for relaxation and inspiration! The downstairs bedroom has a queen bed plus twin bunk beds. Note that this condo does not have a sofa bed in the living area; however, it does still sleep 6 because of this bedroom configuration. This is a good choice for those who prefer not having to use the living area for sleeping. Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs and beach towels. The Living Room TV is provided for your entertainment, as well as free wireless Internet. The "A" Building has its own heated pool and spa, barbecues, laundry, and table tennis. Of course you also have access to all the other amenities of North Coast Village as well. The landscaping surrounding the "A" Building has just been re-done and it is gorgeous! North Coast Village is an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor. You'll have access to amenities such as billiards, table tennis, a fitness center with sauna, and a barbecue area overlooking the pool. You will find reserved garage parking, cable television, a recreation center, clubhouse with kitchen, massive stone fireplace and cedar walls, as well as laundry facilities. Enjoy the beautiful waterfalls, streams, lagoon-style year-round heated pool and spa, putting green, exercise rooms, saunas, and recreation rooms. The complex consists of nine four-story buildings surrounded by two-story cottages, on several acres of lushly landscaped tropical grounds. Enjoy a romantic walk on one of the most beautiful stretches of beach in Southern California. Experience spectacular sunsets and enjoy a relaxing dinner along the picturesque adjacent harbor which features several excellent restaurants, great live music, and fun and unique shopping. And although every room has TV's only the upstairs Master Bedroom is a Smart TV. So we all had to cram upstairs to log into Netflix to watch the fight. Also the elevator is hit or miss, we spent 75% of the time getting our steps in because elevator was unreliable when it actually worked. There were enough towels for everyone plus one set of change of towels, which was great. Dish cloths and dish towels available. Dishwasher soap was also available. We most especially appreciated that there were beach chairs in the condo and beach towels. That was a definite plus! Communication was also prompt and easy. One small note for improvement would be to leave the salt in the salt shaker - the shaker had been washed clean. I don't think salt qualifies as a perishable. :) Also, the dishes were not child friendly. If you have small kids, you may want to bring plastic dishes from home. ##### Tonia s. Upstairs upstairs master suite for mom and dad with a private deck looking out onto the ocean and downstairs bedroom that slept all four kids. Nice open floor pan. Easy beach access. Living room is comfortable. Kitchen cupboards could use replacing and carpet throughout should be replaced. Front door lock should be updated-it’s hard to lock w key. The location is great. It was very convenient for us as we were visiting family that lives at Pendleton. Our ONLY issues were the difficulty using the laundry room in our building. It’s down on the lower level and our signal on our phone was no good. The machines needed to connect to the phone through an app because we couldn’t get the cards to work. That and there was no response when using the Hospitality APP to make a request. Make sure you go into the office if you have a question, issue or request. ##### Jennifer T. The unit has lots of space with a great layout. The kitchen was complete and great (even a dishwasher). The unit has more of a dated appearance but we loved it and found it very comfortable and clean. Check in/out was perfect. We didn't need anything from management but we always felt they cared and would help us immediately. Great for kids. We would love to come back to this unit! ##### rob r.
