THE VIEW  
This is a great lower-level corner cottage, with a large lawn area next to the condo, ideal for couples and families looking for a special Oceanside beach vacation! Enjoy wonderful harbor and ocean views from several windows. The large outdoor back deck has bar top seating for 4, a small gas grill, and wonderful harbor and ocean views...Not to mention cool ocean breezes and amazing sunsets! \*Note there is no access off the back deck.  
  
KITCHEN AND DINING  
The kitchen features granite countertops, and custom cabinetry, and comes stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The dining area has seating for 4-6 people.  
  
LIVING AREAS  
The living area is comfortably furnished with enough seating for 6 with a comfortable queen sofa sleeper and two swivel accent chairs. There is also a 50 inch flat-screen TV in the living room with DVD/BluRay capabilities. The TV is also equipped with a cable package with 250+ channels. The fireplace is fully functional and is available for your use and enjoyment during your stay for the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance.  
  
The condo has 2 bathrooms. The master bath features a large walk-in shower with separate vanity and the guest bath has a combination tub/shower  
  
SLEEPING  
G23 comfortably sleeps 6. The master suite has a comfortable King size pillow-top bed, plasma TV, and wonderful harbor and ocean views. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, built-in cabinetry with flat-screen TV and storage, and tropical garden views. Additional sleeping arrangements are found in the living room where there is a top-of-the-line queen sofa sleeper.

\-This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage next to the building  
\-A PacknPlay Travel Crib is provided in the unit for those traveling with younger guests.  
\-Hi-speed wireless internet is provided free of charge.  
\-G23 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (4), beach towels (6), sand toys, a beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. (4).  
  
\*\*Please note there is no AC in the unit. For the most part, Oceanside is known for its temperate climate that stays in the "Goldilocks Zone" all year round, meaning not too hot, not too cold. If you do happen to be visiting during a warm spell we do provide fans in the condo to help create cooling cross breezes.  
  
LOCAL AREA  
G23 is located at North Coast Village, an oceanfront complex between the Oceanside Pier and the Harbor, built directly on the sand and just steps to the beach. Enjoy the lush tropical gardens with beautiful waterfalls, streams, koi ponds, and hidden alcoves. You'll have access to amenities such as a lagoon-style year-round heated pool and hot tub, commercial-sized barbeque area, putting green, fitness center, sauna, reserved garage parking, as well as laundry facilities, and 24-hr security to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. North Coast Village is truly a one-stop location for an unforgettable vacation.  
  
If that's not enough, you can head down to the harbor or the pier and enjoy such activities as fine dining, jet ski, kayak, bike, and surfboard rentals, sailboat excursions, and deep-sea fishing. North Coast Village is so centrically located so you can walk to everything near the beach and your car can stay in its secure, underground parking spot- no hassling for beach parking!  
  
Our perfect location right in the middle of San Diego and Orange County also makes it easy to visit all the great attractions of Southern California. We enjoyed our stay. The property is right on the beach and conveniently located to shops and restaurants. The unit was clean, comfortable beds, but the sofa sleeper has a very thin mattress, and other than small children it is very uncomfortable.

A national soccer event for my son brought us to Oceanside, CA. We invited grandparents to tag along and reserved this beautiful cottage in North Coast Village. G23 had everything we needed and more. We enjoyed the short walk to the restaurants and shops, and loved our close proximity to the beach. We loved having a beach umbrella for shade for the grandparents, and boogie boards for our kids. All ages liked feeding the koi fish, and we enjoyed a night in the wonderful pool. If soccer brings us back again next year, this will be my first reservation! This was such a great condo for our family of 4. The best part was the deck and view of bay/ocean and when in the living area you feel secluded because there is a grassy area on the side instead of other condos. With kids the best vacation you can ask for is with a pool, a beach, and walking to restaurants. Will definitely come back!

#### It’s a great place!

We stayed there with our little family and it was packed with beach equipment that made everyone smile. We enjoyed the sunsets and the fireworks from our balcony and loved it! We didn’t care for the kitchen table or the uncomfortable kitchen table chairs. We recommend replacing the outdated kitchen appliances (coil stove top) and especially the old school glass cutting boards. Overall we enjoyed our stay and definitely recommend G23 to others.

#### Great family getaway

This is our third time staying at north coast village and this was our favorite property so far. The communication with the owners was excellent. They had us fill out a survey about our favorite drinks before hand. When we got there they were in the fridge waiting for us. As well and a cute little goodie basket. This was such a nice touch the owners definitely go the extra mile to make sure you have a good experience. The unit was clean, fairly updated and nice. We love the view of the harbor and ocean. The only suggestion I would make is that they need new beach chairs. They had one newer one and the rest were all broken and falling apart. Overall we loved it and had such a great time. We would definitely book this unit and again and hope to in the future.

#### North Coast Cottage

We have been coming to NCV for 16 years now. We have stayed in a lot of different units. The view was incredible. The location was a little farther away from the ocean than I originally thought. The train would come by multiple times a day and through the night waking us up. Each night we had skunks come rummage through the back patio. On one occasion we had kids on an air mattress sleeping on the patio when the skunk came through. My biggest complaint would be the cleanliness of the condo. Baseboards were filthy, walls were filthy cupboards were dirty. Carpets need to be cleaned. Family room chairs were gross. We had a great time regardless, overall the unit was just ok.

Had a great time at this unit...ths location within Oceanside is great and views were phenomenal. The unit is well oppointed with everything you need for your stay. The outdoor grill needs some attention, we tried a new propane tank and still could only get a portion of it to work, we ended up using the communal grills by the pool. Otherwise A+

#### Beautiful property!

Everything was clean, and wonderfully decorated. My only complaint is the cleaning charge. We were required to clean all counters, strip all bedding, run dishwasher, and empty trash before our departure. For a 1,000 square foot unit, and the outrageous cleaning fee, that should not have been a requirement of us before our 10:00 am checkout. Otherwise we were told it would jeopardize our large security deposit. If this wasn't the case, we would use this unit for our regular "go to place" as we frequent San Diego often.
