This light and bright end unit has been recently remodeled with new counter tops, new upgraded bathrooms, paint, carpet and ceiling fans. Walk within the gated complex to the beach. Swim in the heated Olympic size pool, enjoy the Jacuzzi, or exercise in the fitness room. Enjoy the rec room with TVs, pool and ping pong tables, a putting green, BBQ grills for the community to use, all within the tranquil grounds with 24 hour patrol. Had a couple issues that the property manager was informed of and they responded quickly stating they would be taken care of (one issue was a broken chair and the other was a very pokey area on the floor under the carpet transition area that got our toddler pretty bad).
