This light and bright end unit has been recently remodeled with new counter tops, new upgraded bathrooms, paint, carpet and ceiling fans. Walk within the gated complex to the beach. Swim in the heated Olympic size pool, enjoy the Jacuzzi, or exercise in the fitness room. Enjoy the rec room with TVs, pool and ping pong tables, a putting green, BBQ grills for the community to use, all within the tranquil grounds with 24 hour patrol. This 2 bedroom 2 bath unit has 2 queen size beds, a large comfortable sectional couch and has everything you will need for your vacation. 1 covered parking space & 1 Offstreet Parking space. Oceanside is famous for its beaches, restaurants, breweries, and friendly people. North Coast Village is close to the Strand, which is a one way street along the beach; it is excellent for walking, jogging, biking or people watching. We had a fabulous trip. Quick walk to the beach, the property is gorgeous and clean. It was difficult to sleep as we had to keep the windows closed due to the Amtrak running. So it got warm, even with all the fans provided. The carpets are also really dingy and dirty looking. Had a couple issues that the property manager was informed of and they responded quickly stating they would be taken care of (one issue was a broken chair and the other was a very pokey area on the floor under the carpet transition area that got our toddler pretty bad). The appliances seem to be from the 80's or 90's. The brown carpet is gross and needs to be replaced. The condo was surface cleaned but REALLY needs a deep cleaning. The property itself is very well-maintained and in a great location. The condo is at the edge of the property near the street and train tracks. Its pretty noisy!
