Seaclusion's crowning jewel is the fourth-story master bedroom suite, which is lined with floor-to-ceiling windows that provide stunning panoramic views of the ocean and pier, while still giving privacy from other condos. The giant balcony off the master suite was designed for entertainment with top of the line outdoor furniture including: a lounge bed, deck chairs, and a bar height table with 6 stools. There is plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy the view alongside breakfast, conversation, or a game of cards. The balcony directly off the living room has a view down Breakwater Street out to the sandy beach and ocean waves. During the winter months, the sun sets directly in front of your balcony. One of the downstairs bedrooms also has its own private balcony. Looking to the right on the balcony you will find a sandy beach and ocean, to the left will let you watch the Amtrak coaster train as it moves on past. The train is part of California coastal living, but we do provide earplugs for your convenience if it disturbs your rest and relaxation. KITCHEN AND DINING Upon entering the condo you'll find the kitchen with modern white cabinets, granite counters, and stainless steel appliances with accents of color throughout. The cabinets have been fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to prepare your culinary masterpieces while on your beach vacation. The kitchen also includes a brand new AirFryer combo oven! The dining table is a one-of-a-kind raw wood table that seats 6 and matches the mantel in the living room. There are two additional spots to sit at the counter. LIVING AREAS As seen in the pictures, the condo has been tastefully decorated with fun colorful furnishings that bring life to the space and create energy and happiness for our guests. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - there is a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment. Above the fireplace is a large flatscreen TV with cable channels along with plenty of comfortable seating options to relax in. The master bathroom has been completely reconfigured to offer a large walk-in shower with two built-in seats, custom tiled walls, and a beautiful vanity. This is also one of the only condos that has a door on the master bathroom for privacy. SLEEPING B301 is set up to sleep 8 guests. The master suite upstairs features a comfortable King-sized bed and a small day bed. The two bedrooms downstairs offer a variety of sleeping configurations to accommodate different group dynamics (multiple couples, family with children, family with grandparents, etc.) The office bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed with an additional queen bed found in the wall pull-out that doubles as a desk. The bedroom also has its own private balcony. The third bedroom is the "fun room". The room has a twin bed with an additional full-size murphy bed in the closet. While you don't need to be a kid to enjoy the space offered, we find that the room is a big hit with our younger guests because it allows kids/teens a place to unwind after a fun day at the beach, which leaves the living room or balcony space open for the adults. You'll also find additional flatscreen smart TVs in the bedrooms that also include upgraded cable boxes with FREE extended channels such as HBO, Starz, Showtime, and more all included by the owner so that his guests can enjoy the extended channels same as in the living room in case the viewing needs vary within your vacation party. EXTRAS \-Enjoy views of the ocean from all 3 balconies \-Penthouse, 2-story condo \-This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage underneath the building. \-Hi-speed wireless internet and cable boxes with extended channels in every room. \- The owner has also added a Nintendo Switch Gaming System. \-The owner of B301 has gone above and beyond to provide you with additional supplies for fun throughout the complex. These are typically not provided and need to be rented from security. They include:: BBQ utensils, billiard balls/cues, and ping-pong paddles with balls. \-B301 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (6), beach towels (8), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. It was a short walk to the beach and it was perfect for the kids! We loved all of the amenities too. A warning for families who want to rent: This place was advertised as great for families. We had a three, two, and one year old with us. They were in bed by 8pm every night. The neighbors under us called and complained they could hear kids. It was 3 in the afternoon and they were just being kids, nothing out of control. The balcony off the master was my favorite part of the condo. We arrived late on a Saturday, check in was very easy. The next morning we had an issue with the kitchen sink being clogged. I contacted the number on the book located in the condo. I heard from maintenance Monday morning. We were not at the condo that morning but by the time we returned back late that night, the sink issue had been resolved. We loved the Koi pond and feeding the fish. Our only suggestion would be to either limit the number of children or not allow them in the hot tub after a certain hour. We tried to go to the hot tub around 9pm to relax after a day of exploring but turned around when we got there due to the amount of kids in it. Other than that we had a wonderful stay. I'll echo from another review that the Playstation was not working, which was an issue because the 4 and 5 year olds with us saw it and then it became a whole thing that the adults couldn't get it working. The beach gear provided was in good working order, would have liked to see a canopy or something for shade but we brought our own. The community pool was a nice change of pace option from the beach, we alternated days. Proximity to the beach was amazing and there are some cool restaurant choices in the harbor that you can walk to. I will say to please note that this unit DOES NOT HAVE AIR CONDITIONING. I am not dinging a star for that because the listing doesn't claim it, but we didn't think to check either and happened to be there in a major heat wave. The cross ventilation wasn't cutting it and during the day it was very uncomfortable. Make sure you are okay with that before booking. ##### David M. PS3 was not in working status. The skylight in the upstairs bathroom hadn’t been cleaned in awhile and is above the shower. For large groups needed proper amount of toiletries supplied ( includes T.P., Kleenex,). Layout and pool was nice. Nicely updated but needs a few repairs ( entry door and faucet in kitchen). The accommodations were superb. Plenty of room for everyone. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings were nice and we really appreciated the supplies available to us. This was our second time at North Coast Village and it was amazing! This 3 bedroom is beautifully decorated and very spacious. The beds are comfortable and the owners are very clever in their bed choices, giving you lots of options! Our family of 6 found it perfect for our group. The master bedroom is a place you won’t want to leave! Unless it’s to walk to the beach and back. It’s breathtaking. We absolutely love this property as it reminds us of Maui and is a sweet escape from HOT Arizona. The property is beautiful and it's so convenient to walk down the pier or over to the marina. The bars and restaurants all were very busy due to outdoor dining only. This condo was beautiful (The penthouses are by far the way to go as you have two floors and you can escape and enjoy the weather!) The condo was loaded with a beach wagon and chairs, soft blankets and even a playstation for the kids. The office set up was convenient for all of us working the whole time and we never had an issue with the wifi. The TV downstairs is internet ready with Netflix and is great for watching movies at the end of the day. This trip was a little tough on us because Covid.... Since we have stayed at the property a ton I didn't read through everything the property manager sent which was quite hidden in another link that stated that due to covid you had to literally schedule \*one hour of pool time each day.\* We didn't find that out until we checked in at night with security which, of course wasn't their fault. This probably would have changed my decision a bit since we work and planned on having the kids go to the pool more during the day and the people checking you in were very rude and mask crazy even though we were outside. The actual person watching the pool was very kind. It ended up working out because the pool isn't heated and the jacuzzi isn't available bc covid...so we really never stayed at the pool long. It was very warm for Cali on our trip and that made not having air conditioning in this particular unit rather challenging. We opened all windows and doors every moment we were in the condo and still couldn't get it cool during the hottest parts of the day. I can't imagine that being a problem for most trips just happened to be warm during this one. We also couldn't get the upstairs master fan to work but just plugged in one of the box fans to get some air from the patio into the room. It's a corner unit so no one on one side of us and right up the stairs which is convenient from coming up the parking lot however this condo is located SO close to the beach which is awesome, it is also much louder than the middle of the property...however they do have a sound machine and ear plugs for the noise. The lush grounds of the gated village and ocean view were so relaxing. The only issue we had was lack of communication response from the agency regarding no heat on first floor (living room/kitchen, bath and 2 bedrooms) from Saturday arrival to Monday. We were unable to reach any On The Sand representative through email, or the notebook message portal provided in the condo, or at the after hours assistance number listed in the renter’s info. book in the unit. The daytime temperatures were in the 50’s and night time in the 40’s during that time. My husband checked the fuse box. Both fuses for the fireplace and wall heater were connected by a metal plate and in off position. Therefore, it was unclear whether it was safe to activate since they were plated and in off position when all others and upstairs heater were on. On Monday on-the-sand sent a maintenance representative to the unit to check the units and turn on . So all was well after that. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. If flipping the plated fuses to ‘off’ is customary, clarifying info and directions added to the renter’s book in the unit would have prevented a very uncomfortable couple of days. ##### Elizabeth L S.
