A perennial guest favorite award winner, this stunning 5-bedroom, 5-bathroom home that spans over 3,775 sqft and boasts breathtaking panoramic ocean views from three levels. This spacious beach house has everything you need for the ultimate beach getaway. The property consists of a luxurious main 3 br house and a stunning 2 Br guest house above the main house. The beachfront great room is spectacular. The two gourmet kitchens are equipped with high-end stainless steel appliances, marble countertops, and ample space to cook your favorite meals. They are both fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a gourmet feast on the beach. The dining area comfortably seats fourteen and is the perfect spot to have a meal with your loved ones while enjoying the crashing waves on the beach. The first-floor living room features lots of seating, and a large flat-screen TV. The sliding glass doors open to a private backyard overlooking the ocean, where you can savor your morning coffee or a glass of wine while soaking up the stunning view. The third-floor living room offers more spectacular views, ample seating, and another large flat-screen TV. The panoramic sliding glass doors lead to a large private balcony overlooking the ocean, where you can unwind and appreciate the breathtaking beauty. The primary suite occupies its own private floor and is a true oasis you won\`t want to leave. Featuring a king-size bed, a cozy fireplace, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub, dual vanity, and a large walk-in shower, this suite provides ultimate comfort and luxury. On the third floor there are two additional bedrooms that each have king-size beds, flat-screen TVs, and one has an en-suite bathroom. The first floor has the fourth and fifth bedrooms that feature both a king and queen bed in each, with easy access to a separate bathroom. The first and second floors are one home and the third floor is accessed by an outside staircase and has its own living room and kitchen too. You share NONE of the entre property or yard with others. Outside, you\`ll find an expansive oceanfront patio with a fire pit, a private sand beach, along with a grass area and plenty of comfortable seating and views as far as the eye can see. For your comfort, the home is equipped with heating and ac units for year round comfort. Since this is a single-family beachfront home and not a condo, you share none of the property with others and have no street or sidewalk between your home and the ocean. The property\`s prime location makes it an easy walk to many new and exciting places to eat. The coffee shops, movie theater and ice cream shops are also an easy stroll away. Don\`t forget to spend time collecting seashells, building sandcastles, and playing games on the beach. You can take a stroll to the nearby pier area for fun, dining, shopping, and entertainment. The beach village of Oceanside now features over 30 new gastropubs, all within walking distance. This is the ultimate beach living experience, and once you stay here, you will want to return year after year! We always have sand in the backyard for the kids to make sandcastles and dig. For beach and ocean access, the stone steps to the public beach are 45 feet north of the house. We also recommend a fun walk to the big sandy beach up around the pier area as it is an excellent place for boogie boarding, swimming, and walking on the beach. The driveway can park up to three cars on the driveway and there is free and easy street parking accessible. We love pets with a pet fee. A maximum of 14 humans including kids and infants. No parties , no events, no wedding related events. No more than the exact number of people indicated on your airbnb reservation. people. Extra people over what is indicated on your reservation are at a rate of $500 per person per day. This includes kids and visitors not spending the night . Guest Contract and House Rules 1\. Check in is 4 P.M. and checkout is 10 A.M. 2\. This is a NON SMOKING property . 2b Pets with a pet fee per each pet and agreement the animal is never left alone in the house without the owner supervising. If you leave the house for any reason the animal must be you. There are never more than 14 humans allowed on property. 3\. The city is now very strict with vacation rentals and regulates how they may be used. This is a vacation destination and not a party or an event location. Parties and weddings of any size are not allowed. No visitors or extra overnights guests where you have invited more people than you indicated on your reservation request form. 4\. Nothing illegal is permitted and grounds for immediate eviction and loss of rents. 5\. This is an enforceable contract between Guest and owner. Any attempt to reserve a property by providing false or misleading information will cancel your reservation and you will forfeit any money or deposits paid to reserve the home. 6\. Outside quiet time is 9pm. Please understand this is a quiet residential neighborhood. Parties and events are not allowed. Music should never be played so loud that it can be heard at neighboring properties. 7\. Guest shall be responsible for any and all damages arising during their visit, including all damages sustained by their guests or invitees, and tenant shall pay for all repairs and/or replacement required as a result of the damages. These costs may be more than your security deposit so you are encouraged to self-insure. 8\. Guest acknowledges that the house, furnishings, and property are with faults. Accordingly, Guest agrees to take the house and property in an \`as is,\` \`whereas, and with all faults\` condition, and assumes all risk associated with the house, furnishings, and property. Owner makes no assurances regarding any air conditioning, beach, amount of sand, access to public beach, noise from neighbors, street or construction projects. These are items that may occur during your stay and we have no control over. This is an active beach community. 9\. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guest agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Owner, its representatives, agents, and others working on its behalf (\`Representatives\`) against any claims, demands, suits, losses, damages, including all costs connected, which are or may be asserted or recovered against Owner and Representatives by reason of personal/bodily injury, death, or property damages, including loss of use which arises out of or is in any way connected with this contract. If there were an unexpected situation, emergency or disaster, we have the right to void this contract. If that were to happen, we would offer you a selection of other potential available properties. 10\. Guest will provide your clothing, food, spices, condiments, cooking oil, foil, plastic wrap personal hygiene products, disposable goods, paper/plastic goods. You might want to bring charcoal and firewood. If you use up the supply we start you with of paper towels, trash bags and toilet paper then you will buy what you need from the local stores. There are nearby stores to purchase all of these items. 11\. You are only allowed to have the number of people on property as stated in your email request form. For example, if you declared 8 people on your reservation request ,then only 8 people can be on property at any time. This rule includes visitors not spending the night. 12\. Prior to your 10 am departure on day of check out, the home will be tidy and left in good condition. This includes all dishes and kitchen surfaces, taking out all trash from yard and home and placing in containers provided, sweeping all the floors and removing the sand, returning indoor and outdoor furniture back to where it was found, wipe up any obvious spills, stains. We will send in a crew to do your laundry at 10 am on check out day. If there is excessive cleaning and additional fee will be charged. 13\. We have three parking spots 14\. Terms and conditions: The terms of this agreement are: no refunds. There are no refunds, for any reason. Guest further agrees once any payment to retain the home has been made, the terms of this contract specify no refunds. Once Guest arrives at rental property, Guest agrees they must inform manager in writing of any condition or listed amenity that needs repair or does not meet with their expectations. Guest agrees manager has 24 hrs to evaluate complaint and rectify or repair said situation. If repairs and or replacement can -not be made within 24 hrs, guest agrees to a maximum reimbursement and compensation of up to $45 per stay. That amount will be decided by the booking agent. Guest further agrees the beach and ocean are an ever changing environment. There are no assurances made about weather, beach, level of sand, water, waves or access to the public beach. Since we have a no refunds policy, we suggest you purchase travel insurance for a variety of protections. Guest agrees to accept the home, contents of the home, beach, sand, rock, ocean and weather in as is condition for the duration of their stay and for the payment amount agreed to at time of booking. Tides change daily as does the condition and appearance of the beach. 15\. Owner and their representatives are allowed to access and enter the property at any time for the purposes of repairs, inspections ,complaints and delivery of replacement items. We will make every attempt to notify guests prior to any emergency repair, inspection or replacement. 16\. Totally upgraded and perfect for the kids to play in the sand right out back but not need to lug all the toys to the beach. Lots of space and everything was amazing. We did have a few ants in some of the cabinets but it’s to be expected at the beach with food around. Overall would totally stay here again and plan to look for future open dates! ##### Olivia M. When I inquired why, I did not receive any reply. Do not stay at this property or any of the other properties that are associated with this host as they will nickel and dime you. ##### Gregory B. I’ve stayed on the beach before without the ants. This was stated the night before that ants were a problem. Seems to be a bigger problem than expected. The bathroom sink on the top floor was leaking around the faucets. I believe another one was leaking as well .The top floor was the best and very comfortable. ##### carlene k. This was one if not the best house we have stayed in. It had just recently been remodeled so everything was new. It was very well up kept and very clean. The rooms were big, had very comfortable beds, with very large tv's in every room. But the best thing about the house were the views of the ocean. The two balconies and bottom patio had excellent views of the beach along with the numerous windows on all three floors. We are already planning to come back to this same house next year.
