Sky-high ceilings in the living room bring in tons of natural light. There is a cozy leather couch and a dining table that seats seven. There is also a foosball table right in the heart of the living space! As you continue in, you will see the open concept kitchen and living area. This fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home. The living area screams “stay and hang a while!”. We assume no liability for harm/death to any baby or child staying or visiting this vacation rental. \- There are exterior surveillance cameras recording 24/7\. The cameras are outside the garage door and on the front patio \- This home offers air conditioning, central heat, and a washer and dryer. \- Please note that early check-ins and late check-outs are available at our discretion. There are extra fees for either of these add-ons when available. \- The fireplaces are to not be utilized. CANCELLATION POLICY \- A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty, aside from a $500 restocking fee. \- Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made within 30 days of the arrival date, forfeit the full advance payment (not including deposit and cleaning fee). \- Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent. If you wish to shorten your existing reservation with VRBKIM, and your reservation is further than 30 days away, we do charge a $100 restocking fee to make this adjustment. Parties and Overoccupancy Policy: If the guest violates any of our rules regarding noise, parties, or overoccupancy, and the host receives complaints from neighbors, a $500 fine will be imposed per occurrence. In addition, should these allegations be found true, the guest will be subject to immediate eviction without a refund.
