The apt is very cute and in a great location. We walked several times each day to choose from several great local coffee and lunch spots. We were disappointed we booked a property with A/C however upon arriving the AC did not work. We asked the owner and he said there is no AC and the property should not have been listed with AC. Had we known this at booking, we would have booked another property. Also important for other travelers to know...the property is located adjacent to the train tracks. The train passes at all hours and regular intervals. Kitchen supplies are very minimal. The beach chairs were a nice addition, and the back patio was a great place to sit. Even closer to the ocean than it looked on the map. (It’s on the ocean side of the train tracks.) There are quite a few trains that go by all day long, but the noise was never unbearable, and I think they stopped after midnight until 5am or so (not 100% sure because we were asleep).
