Affordable Beach Getaway – Great View, No-Frills Stay This condo is a budget-friendly choice for guests who want to enjoy the beach without paying premium rates. It's clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, but it does still need cosmetic updates — the carpet, paint, and baseboards are due for replacement. If you're looking for a no-frills spot with a great view and direct access to the sand, this is a terrific value. THE VIEW G36 - Lighthouse Lookout is an upper-level cottage with a stunning harbor and ocean view. Sit back and enjoy the beautiful view off the balcony where you can see the sun setting on the ocean each night and the comings and goings of the harbor. The Kitchen has even been remodeled with an open concept to allow you access to the views throughout the living room, dining, and kitchen areas. KITCHEN AND DINING The kitchen comes fully stocked with all the basic cooking utensils you need to create any of your favorite vacation foods right from the comfort of your own condo. The dining area has a large table with seating for 4. LIVING AREAS G36 is furnished to comfortably house 4 with a sofa, love seat, and chair. The living room has a flat-screen TV that you can use to watch the cable TV with 250+ channels. High-speed cable internet is also included free of charge. For the occasional cool winter day - or to create an ambiance - the living room has a gas fireplace that is fully functional for your enjoyment. The bathroom has been remodeled and features a walk-in shower with a built-in bench. SLEEPING G36 is set up to sleep 4 guests. The master bedroom has a comfortable king-size bed, along with plenty of storage on the wall and in the closet. There is also a flat-screen cable TV. Additional sleeping arrangements are found in the main living room where there is a queen-sized sofa sleeper. EXTRAS \-This unit comes with 1 assigned parking space in the garage next to the building. \-Hi-speed wireless internet provided free of charge. \-G36 is also fully equipped with all the needed beach equipment to have a truly magical beach vacation including boogie boards (2), beach towels (4), sand toys, beach umbrella (1), and beach chairs. It was chilly and we wanted to light the gas fireplace in the condo. Their was no key or lighter to turn it on, it was at our doorstep next day. Over all condo was equipped with everything you need. I would say only disappointment was the seating on patio needs updating-bar stools were worn and could use some with a back to enjoy the view. ##### Leeanne M. This was probably our 4th-5th time staying at North Coast Village and this by far was our best room yet!!! The kids (10-11) stayed out on the pullout couch and loved all of the amenities the complex had to offer! The place is like a resort, which is part of the reason we keep coming back. This place has the best view of the ocean. The kids could ride their scooters on a sidewalk outside while we had drinks on the balcony! They loved playing pool, ping pong, going to the beach, which was right outside, if I haven't mentioned that already, there was so much for everyone to do! The room itself was way bigger than any of the other rooms we have ever gotten! The living room alone was the size of the other living/dining combo rooms! The other rooms we have rented barely had room for a bed, this was way bigger! We loved the shower that you could set the temperature on!!! It was very easy to keep clean. The balcony was also way bigger than the other units. My only suggestion, and take this with a grain of salt, because I am sure anything would have been provided for if we would have asked, but it would be to ask for extra supplies if you are staying longer than a couple days. We ran out of everything, dish soap, TP, trash bags, there was only 1 kitchen towel, only S&P, no foil, zip locks, very minimal plates, only 2 beach chairs (we were a family of 4), but tons of and toys and boogie boards! I had to buy more stuff than I ever did in any of my other rooms, but the location made up for it all!!! Again, if I would have asked, they probably would have made some of it available, but I guess I just kind of expected that kind of stuff to be there. But I definitely would do it all over again!!! ##### Kristy R. Only issue we had were the rules and regulations posted after payment agreement was completed, too much to worry about cleaning or emptying trash when there's already a cleaning fee. The gardens, the pool, hot tub, all was very well looked after. Everyone was courteous and helpful. Lots of families enjoying the pool area, very safe.The views were glorious. The easy access to the beach was handy for those morning walks. Close to the Oceanside Pier and main streets. Close to the marina and restaurants. This was an early April visit so there were some cooling winds off the Pacific, bring a long sleeve tee shirt for the cooler days/nights. The condo itself was well equipped for most cooking needs. We had to buy all condiments,so be prepared. Walmart is a 5 minute drive, not very far away. The entire facility and surrounding area is very clean and safe. The communication with the manager was extremely helpful. We will definitely consider this on our return to Oceanside. ##### Douglas H.
