I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We absolutely loved our state in A13 Surfbreak Cottage. We had two young kids, and this location could not be beat. Being on street level so we could easily load and unload through the patio was very convenient.
