Property sleeps 8 guests comfortably - 2 sleeping areas downstairs and 2 upstairs + a separate private apartment above garage. This was a total lie, our dogs are 7 and 8 years old and completely house trained, they would never pee inside a home, no matter where we stayed. We've traveled with them to hotels and other vacation rentals and never once did they urinate indoors. We tried to get our money back but the property manager sided with the owner and did nothing. Buyer beware if you bring pets to this property, you will get upcharged. If I could give them negative stars for service and the way we were treated, I would. The yard is large and fully fenced (so the dogs can run around), and the house itself is so well equipped. The space is great for our family providing enough separate spaces and gathering spaces. We love the private patio and the large table inside for dining and playing games. The kitchen is well appropriated with everything needed to cook and do a little baking even. ALL the beds are comfortable, with great linens. We also love how close to everything the house is! Our college-age daughter moved into the over garage apartment (perfect). And we celebrated our 12-yo son’s birthday with bikes to the beach and cake in the fantastic patio bbq area.
