Our family was blown away by the beautiful home and thoughtfulness that was put into this home. There was activities and games for the kids to play with. Every room having a tv was amazing also. With kids and teenagers being able to watch the shows they wanted. There is so much space in this home to relax and feel like you are on vacation. The property is better than it is listed! All of the furniture, bedding, linens, appliances are so clean and of high quality. The location is close to nice walks, and lots of fun in nearby Carlsbad. I was there with girlfriends to celebrate my birthday, but it would be fantastic for families as well. We had so much fun playing games in the yard and choosing from the huge assortment of other games to play. Mike and Debby have thought of EVERYTHING you could need and more! It is large and gracious with beautiful flow. The furniture and beds are comfortable as well as attractive. There is both a real peace to the home as well as a big WOW factor. The covered outside room is enormous and has games, yard toys, coloring books, crayons. The backyard is nestled a few steps below the wrap-around patio, so the kiddies could play as the adults talked and ate. We booked the whole property for our extended family of ten, including four kids: infant, 2, 3, 7\. The two youngest slept in the provided pack-n-plays. The older two loved the bunkbed in the "Disney room." The two toddlers ate at their child sized table and chairs. The rest of us fit comfortably around one of the dining sets outside with baby in the provided high chair. We went to the beach twice, better equipped than we've ever been - with boogie boards, umbrellas, chairs, towels, mats, coolers and a big old WAGON to schlep it all. Our 7-year-old went boogie-boarding for the first time and we had to drag her out of the water two days straight. Mike and Debby really are super-hosts. Debby answered all my questions before we arrived promptly and thoroughly. She was vicariously excited for us to come and experience their home and their town. The entire property was immaculate when we showed up, there was ample room for our large group, and all the places to spend time outside made for a really fun weekend. Mike and Debby were very responsive and accommodating, and you can tell they truly care about the experience their guests have. The location was really convenient to beaches and restaurants as well. The house is better than the pictures! It provided comfort of home with the indulgence of a hotel ā€” only better. The house is very well equipped and Clean . Since the villa is basically 2 houses, there was practically multiple of everything. Even steam irons ! Check in and CHECKOUT was super easy. There are ample board games, outdoor seating and heat lamps. There was a cake, handwritten card and snacks waiting for us on our arrival. Hosts are super responsive and accommodating. We all left feeling that this house hugely contributed to making our multifamily vacation (7 adults and a 2 yrs old) so much relaxed, enjoyable and fun. ##### vinod k.
