It’s one of the few condos at NCV with west-facing ocean views, south-facing pier, and beach views - and it’s all on one level! This unit has stunning interior and a soothing nautical theme with ocean colors. The living room has a La-Z-Boy sleeper sofa with a queen-size memory foam mattress, a comfortable recliner, and two extra chairs. The beautifully updated kitchen features granite counters and backsplash, new cabinets, and stainless steel appliances. It’s fully equipped for cooking to your heart’s content! The rustic ocean-view family dining table seats six, plus two barstools at the counter. You’ll find an ample selection of dishes and serving pieces in the built-in china cabinet. Sleep in comfort with a new (2023) Posturepedic Plus 14” Plush Hybrid High Point king-size bed with an adjustable base, Sealy Posturepedic pillow-top twin beds, and the sound of ocean waves! Both bedrooms are also equipped with Smart TVs. Ocean Dream has one reserved garage parking space. Make My Vacation also provides all linens and towels, beach chairs, and beach towels. Séjour de 3 nuits en septembre 2025 ### 8/10 – Bien #### Sarah A., utah 2 août 2025 Some things to note about this condo: First, there are two bathrooms as stated in the description; however, each bathroom is inside one of the bedrooms. This can be an issue if you have people sleeping on the pull-out bed in the front room. There's no bathroom directly accessible from the main area of the condo. Second, there are no laundry facilities inside the unit although the rental description listed laundry in the amenities. (There may be coin operated machines somewhere in the condo village; I'm not sure.) Third, there is no air conditioning, but there are ceiling fans. Fourth, the condo is two floors above the parking garages (accessible by stairs) and there are two floors above the condo. The condo was mostly clean; however, the kitchen trash bin was overflowing and had not been taken out. After being met with the trash, it was hard to not see every other imperfection and grimy fingerprint on the doors and walls. Generally though, the place was clean enough. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels, and there were four beach chairs and a few small boogie boards available to use. We had a lovely time. I probably wouldn't stay there again with our group of six adults and older teens, but I would recommend the unit for families with small children or groups of four adults. ##### Sarah A. However you can walk right down to the beach from the condo. Mostly clean, some areas around the stove were not and there were spills on the walls but an easy wipe down with some wipes. The parking is tough as they assign you a spot but the car next to us was so big, we couldn’t park there a majority of our visit so I had to find the open 24 hr spots that were often much farther away. Additionally, the guests on top of us were very early risers (5a) and sounded like they were moving furniture every day so not the best insulation. Clearly no fault of the management company, who was great as they sent detailed instructions and texted and called to check in on the stay. There are a couple nice places to eat within walking distance. Not so good: No umbrellas at the pool. That sun gets pretty strong. And it would have been a little nicer to have the pool heated. The property was very nice and basically on the beach. Check-in was not as simple as some other VRBO's I have stayed at. The view is nice but over a rooftop. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the little deck listening to the birds and watching the sunrise. Mirror was broken, a few of the window drape slats were broken but it wasn't anything major. Perhaps they have fixed it. There were enough dishes, utensils, serving ware, etc. I felt it was decently priced. There was an issue with the brand new refrigerator not being set up right and the property manager called us right back even though it was after hours. That was great. ##### Emily F.
