Welcome to the Oside Oasis, our favorite place to be. Centrally located to most of So. Cal's parks and attractions, plus miles of beautiful coastline. Less then 10 miles to the beach and under an hour's drive from San Diego's and Orange Counties favorite tourist attractions (San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Lego-Land, Sea World, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm and many more) and close to Camp Pendleton. Or, enjoy the pool & deck for a swim or BBQ. With over 1800 sqft of living space to relax in and enjoy family and friends.

This property was amazing for families. The separation of downstairs kitchen/dining/living room and upstairs bedrooms allowed for privacy. The pool was a great bonus. The hosts were incredible, and while they are onsite, there wasn’t any awkwardness and we barely knew they were there. Brett was responsive with any messaging that happened, and was just genuinely a very kind person. I HIGHLY recommend this property, especially for families! With both young children, and teenagers. The candy jars were a hit with the kids- bring quarters!

Wow! The mattress was one of the most comfortable I've ever slept on. It soft and comfy yet firm and supportive. My sister commented the same for her bed. We want to find out the brand and model. The whole place was great making our stay excellent. Everything there you can ask for. Thank you.

#### Road Trip California

We took a road trip through California and Oceanside was our last stop. We received a very friendly welcome from Allison and Brett. The house is located in a very nice area, the facilities and the space in the house were great. We especially enjoyed the pool. There are several large supermarkets a few minutes away, so we didn't lack for anything. If we come back to California again, we would like to come back to the house.

We took granddaughter to Legoland. Only about 20 minutes away. Had a great time. Place was very clean. Met Brett before we left. Had to get a jump for our vehicle. Very nice. Would stay here again if we come down for visit. The Libre's

#### Family time

We came to town for a few days to spend time with our son that was stationed at Camp Pendleton before he was deployed. The 5 of us enjoyed our stay, it’s darling, good layout with plenty of room for everyone, we cooked several meals there and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans a baking sheets and many more items needed. We Enjoyed grocery stores, a couple local restaurants and even a movie theater nearby. Brett was an amazing host, my son’s deployment date was changed last minute and he let us change the dates without any issues! He was easy to reach and very accessible to make our stay pleasant! Highly recommend, only wish the weather was nicer so we could have taken advantage of the pool!

#### Awesome stay in Oceanside

Brett is a great host: very prompt responses and clear communications. The house is clean and has all amenities you need. Plenty of grocery stores, costco, and restaurants nearby. Close to Oceanside beaches, Carlsbad, Legoland, hiking trails, and SanDiego is not too far either. Thank you for hosting us!

#### Ideal Vacation Rental Home

I just loved this property! A two bedroom home attached as a granny flat to the main house. It has it's own entrance, the owner is communicative and wonderful! I'd recommend this rental to families with teens or young children. It's nicely decorated and VERY clean. It has everything inside to live like home away from home. Full kitchen with all utensils, dishes, pans & etc Coffee maker & electric tea kettle, microwave, a full kitchen with stove and fridge A washer & dryer inside makes it a great choice for families! Family room downstairs with TV The owners carefully thought of everything! I just really can't recommend this beach themed rental enough!! PS: Tip from my tween: Bring a handful of quarters for the full sized old fashioned bubble gum machine in the kitchen! M&Ms & Skittles!

Overall it was a really nice place. I didn't realize it was connected to the owners house by a wall but that could of been my own fault for not reading closely. Also climate control is in the main house and you have to ask for it to be turned on. Less then ideal but the townhouse was great for what we needed. Loved the in unit laundry and how roomy it was. #### Comfortable, easy, great location

The most important thing to the kids (2.5, almost 5, and 7) was that we had a pool. Check. Close to Legoland and the Safari Park? Check. County park with playground basically across the street? Check It hit all the boxes, and Brett and Alison were just great and highly communicative. Our kids are already making us promise to go back next time. Our whole family slept in one room comfortably and our au pair had her own room. Easy for everyone.

Everything at this property was great. The home was extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable, and there was off-street parking close to the front door of the unit. The location was perfect for visiting North San Diego County attractions (Legoland, SeaLife Aquarium, San Diego Zoo Safari Park, and Carlsbad beaches). We would not hesitate to stay here again.

It’s a home away from home. Place is very clean. Beds and couch are very comfy . Kitchen is well equipped. We were happy to eat home cooked meals. Quiet neighborhood, and close to grocery stores.

#### It is a beautiful, accommodating and relaxing vacation home.

The backyard, private pool and patio is a great perk if weather is warm enough to enjoy. Brett & Allison were very friendly, accommodating and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend this vacation home to any family visiting southern CA.

Good size property with a pool. Easy communication with the host. Great proximity to the beach. Listing should clarify this is a house share. While you have your own section of the house with all amenities, the host also occupies the home.
