« This property is just west of Hwy 1 in Oceano. It is walkable to the beach, there is a small grocery type store a block away and a great Mexican restaurant about two blocks away. The unit I had was upstairs, very comfortable and clean. There is no air-conditioning so on a hot day it took a long time to cool down. This is very rare in Oceano where high temperatures are usually in the 60s or 70s. My hosts were very communicative but not overly so and responded to any request I had very quickly. ...

« Everything was in top notch shape. Actually, everything looked like it was brand new. The appliances were spitting fan clean the sink from the kitchen the bathrooms, the floors, the linens everything was very clean. They had all the amenities that were needed during our stay. The area was very private and our location was right above the hot tub which was so convenient and it was pretty secluded because there was like trees that blocked the view which was nice and we were able to see our vehicle...

« I sent a message about how much help & how disappointed we are in the accommodations. This little place has so much potential but has not been kept up! I sent pictures of most of the problems & expected some kind of resolution but it has yet to happen. Here is a list of why we are so disappointed: Bedroom curtain rod split open & fell on my head when I tried to open the curtain. It was being held together with scotch tape! "Our stay at Pacific Point Resort was absolutely incredible! ✨ The resort is simply beautiful, perfect and sublime. Everything was immaculate, from the exceptional cleanliness to the exquisite taste in the decoration. Every detail has been carefully thought out, creating such a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. And the view… absolutely breathtaking! 🌊😍 Waking up to such an incredible panorama was truly unforgettable. We are absolutely delighted with our stay and couldn’t have asked for anything better.
