This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is located just one short block from the expansive sands of Oceano State Beach, and a few miles south of downtown Pismo Beach! The upstairs balcony offers a gorgeous panoramic view of the Oceano lagoon and the magnificent sand dunes. Relax and enjoy the stunning views while barbecuing on the natural gas grill. Beyond the welcoming entryway, a large downstairs bedroom with a stone-faced gas fireplace, will comfortably sleep 4-6 people on two full-size beds and a twin trundle bed. This bedroom features a large wall-mounted flat screen TV with DVD player and abundant closet space. A bathroom with shower is located adjacent to the bedroom. Upstairs offers a bright, cozy great room complete with a stone-faced fireplace, full kitchen, breakfast bar, dining area, comfy couches and a wall-mounted TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, games, movies, and access to the front balcony. The owner's bedroom upstairs has a king bed and walk-in closet. The second upstairs bedroom sleeps four, with one queen and two twin beds. A full bathroom is located next to the bedrooms and the great room. A large, fenced-in patio downstairs offers plenty of space for guests to unwind and enjoy the views. It's also a great area for kids to play and pups to be safe. The garage has a full-size ping pong table and washer/dryer. The place was so roomy. We had 7 teenagers and there was plenary of room for all of us. The kids loved the ping pong table. The house was extremely clean. The bed was cozy. We went in November so it’s chilly but the blankets were warm and cozy. Fireplace was Cozy and had a great card table to play cards by the fireplace. Shower was great too.
