For a delightful culinary experience, you can take advantage of Cafe Runner\`s excellent food delivery service. Cafe Runner has partnered with many of the local restaurants in the area and offers doorstep delivery for a nominal fee, allowing you to savor meals in the comfort of your vacation home. The backyard features a large, beautiful hot tub - full instructions on how to operate it will be found in our digital welcome book at the house. We are happy to accommodate stays of 60+ days. Please reach out directly for more details! Guest that is booking must be at least 25 years old. No EV Charging allowed. Guest will be asked to cover the extra charges if an EV vehicle is charged during their stay. Additional cleaning that is above the normal wear and tear is a $150 fee. Late checkout without prior approval is $150 fee. Smoking on the premises is a $250 fee. Guests understands that the use of the spa/hot tub on the Premises is a privilege, not a right. Said use of Spa by guests may be restricted or revoked by Owner/Agent if Spa rules are not followed. Guests further acknowledges that Owner/Agent cannot guarantee that the spa/hot tub will be operable during the tenancy. While all reasonable efforts will be made to repair or restore spa functionality in the event of malfunction, no rental refund, rebate, or credit will be issued if the spa/hot tub is inoperable at any time during the stay. Our home has a max amount of 12 guest. To ensure comfort and safety, we kindly ask that no more than 12 people occupy the premises at any given time unless prior approval is received. This includes those spending the night and also those enjoying the home during the day. If you are hoping to have more than 12 people in the home, please obtain approval before you book your stay. The location is ideal—just minutes from the entrance to the dunes, which made access super convenient for all of our activities.The house comfortably accommodated all 12 of us, with plenty of space to gather as a group or spread out when we wanted some downtime. It was spotless upon arrival, which made settling in easy and comfortable. We especially appreciated the early check-in, which was a thoughtful and accommodating touch that gave us extra time to enjoy the weekend.Overall, this rental was the perfect home base for our celebration—spacious, clean, and in a prime location. Everything was easy to find and neat. The house is beautiful and comfy for a large family. They had so many activities to engage with at the house, you would need a whole week to stay to enjoy it! It is a short walk to the beach. Important to note the beach near this home is where people drive on the beach and head to the dunes. The house is clean, has enough pillows, blankets, and towels for our big group. The kitchen has all the spices, pots, etc u would need plus a waffle machine too if that’s something that interests you. Washer and dryer came in handy for our longer stay. We literally could just walk for 2 minutes and have our feet in the sand. You can do bonfires at the beach as well. Only 2 downsides, 1\. The tv in living area kept glitching when u watch anything. 2\. The house walls are thin and you could hear all the plumbing pipes when anyone used the water or the heater or anything. So if your a light sleeper this may be an issue when ur in a big group. Aside from that is was a beautiful and great house to stay at. Staying here was perfect for our family (2 adults, 2 teenagers, and a 5&8 year old) plus my husbands cousin and his two kids. We had plenty of space to chill, rest, eat, watch movies… one day the kids grandparents all came and there was more than enough room for everyone to relax and spend time together. Everything was CLEAN, nicely updated, and felt welcoming. Having the garage space was really helpful. We were able to do laundry and there were tons of extra blankets and pillows- more than we needed. The sand toys were appreciated, one less thing to bring. The kids had so much fun playing at the beach, watching the sunsets, playing board games (we brought some but the house had plenty) and walking to get ice cream and churros. The teenagers did a spa day in Avila, we went to the pier in Pismo, and took our canam out for a couple of days to play in the dunes. The only thing we ran out of time for was the farmers market Thursday in SLO from 6-9pm. It’s supposed to be awesome. We reached out to the host with questions multiple times and they were immediately responsive, so kind and so helpful. We felt the price was a good value and would absolutely stay again. A quick walk to the beach, a short drive to Pismo and Avila - great access to lots of activities. The house itself seems to have been recently updated. It’s gorgeous!
