It was in a great location, very short drive to the beach and the neighborhood was quiet. Check-in was fast and they were all very helpful. The only downside was the pool. It was a big reason we rented this specific house, but the pool was very small and wasn’t well maintained. It was green from algae and was unusable most of our week. (This is obviously not 1st Choices fault - but the communities). We also rented toward the end of the season, so I am unsure if you would get a different experience during peak season.
