Bethany Bay is situated on the Indian River Bay and White Creek with water access for kayaking, canoeing, paddleboard and jet skis. The community also has a large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis, pickleball, basketball, walking trails, 9 hole par 3 golf course (pay to play) and so much more. You will love the natural setting and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets plus enjoy the blue herons, egrets, deer and more. The condo is sun filled, bright and cheery with extra windows. You will find a large eat-in kitchen with white cabinetry and appliances, a spacious dining/living room with an electric fireplace, a great place to entertain or take a nap, a primary bedroom with a full bath and a guest bedroom with its own bath. Wonderful Stay!
What a great stay we had! The host were so polite and helpful. The view was beautiful and the wildlife. The house had everything we needed to have a great time. The kitchen was fully stocked. Short drive to the beach. Short drive to restaurants. Kids loved it and we did too. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo :)

Relaxation at its best!

Peaceful and beautiful!
The weather did not cooperate so it was nice that the property was so beautiful. We spent a lot of time just watching and listening to birds in the marsh. You could never really tire of that view! (Well I couldn't anyway!) Cozy and beautiful- I'd definitely stay again! Had many conveniences like cooking implements and even a washer and dryer. Great place!

Glorious bethany beach stay
We have stayed here many times over the years and it is always amazing—so cozy with beautiful marsh/bay views. Central to many activities and the beach. The hosts are awesome and ensure you have everything you need. The only negative thing is when we have to leave:)

Relaxing Getaway
This property is in a very nice, quiet community located on a golf course. It’s about a 15 minute drive to the middle of Bethany beach. There are a few great restaurants near by if you don’t want drive into town. The condo is beautifully decorated with a beach theme. The new king size bed in the master is very comfortable. The owners are very responsive and helpful.
