Bethany Bay is situated on the Indian River Bay and White Creek with water access for kayaking, canoeing, paddleboard and jet skis. The community also has a large outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis, pickleball, basketball, walking trails, 9 hole par 3 golf course (pay to play) and so much more. You will love the natural setting and the beautiful sunrises and sunsets plus enjoy the blue herons, egrets, deer and more. The condo is sun filled, bright and cheery with extra windows. The condo was well stocked and since we were out of town, we appreciated the towels and the linens provided. I had a question for the host and the call was immediately returned. It was easy to relax with the beautiful view. They had everything we needed including towels, sheets, paper products, and soaps. The garage even had bikes and beach chairs. We loved the golf course right on the property as well as pool and tennis. The only thing I would improve on is the grill. It is perfect for 2 but if you are grilling for a family of 4 it was a little small. The scenery was tranquil and soothing - our favorite part. It was located about 15 minutes from the ocean. The community pool and hot tub were nice features too. It was a well-stocked property with all the essentials and more. Having the sheets supplies was super nice benefit. The only improvements I would make is a more comfortable sofa (cushions kept pushing out and a little dirty) and to clean the patio especially the screen debris. Overall, we had a lovely stay and would definitely stay here again. The condo was perfect for our needs with a well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds and couches and terrific views of the bay and marsh. The decor was most pleasant with lovely French poster art and cheerful colors. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch. The community is quiet and we enjoyed many walks. We did not get to take advantage of the community amenities because it was off season.
