There, you'll enjoy swimming, surfing, beachcombing, windsurfing and more. If you are a nature lover, you'll love the proximity to the beautiful Assawoman Wildlife Refuge as well. The charming town of Bethany offers a boardwalk, unique shops, delicious casual and gourmet restaurants. Feel like "chilling" at home? Enjoy a a day at the community pool or binge watch your favorite shows one of the 3 smart TVs. (Home also offers cable too.) The townhouse itself features 3 floors, with a 1st floor primary suite, living area and kitchen on the 2nd floor and 3 bedrooms on the 3rd floor. The home also offers CAC, W/D, gas bbq grill, a deck and patio. Thoughtful owners thought of everything, offering a baby pack n'play and chair attachment, beach chairs, a cooler, books, games, dvds and more! Book now while prime weeks are still available. Guests pay a $180 cleaning fee for every stay. Sheets/towels/paper products are not included, linens are available for rent. Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00\. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. It was easy to find and very clean. The house had everything we needed for a fun beach experience, especially with traveling with young children. The only problem I ran into was we checked in on Sunday and weren’t given a heads up that the rental office is closed on Sundays. We were able to get checked in but there was a short moment of panic.
