Located on the 6th hole of the Black Bear Course, you’re just minutes from the Clubhouse, where three distinct 9-hole golf courses, a driving range, chipping area, and practice green await golf enthusiasts of all levels.  
  
For those who love racket sports, the community boasts four Har-Tru tennis courts and a versatile hard court for both tennis and pickleball. Prefer something more relaxing? Take a dip in the indoor or outdoor pools, work out in the state-of-the-art fitness center, or unwind in the sauna or whirlpool spa.  
  
When you're ready for a change of pace, hop on the convenient shuttle to nearby Bethany Beach to enjoy sun, surf, and charming boardwalk strolls. Or simply kick back on the deck, curl up with a good book, or enjoy a movie night in the cozy 3-season room.  
Inside, this spacious 2,200 sq ft home offers two generous living areas—ideal for gathering with family and friends or sneaking away for quiet time. With 4 large bedrooms plus a bonus room, the home comfortably sleeps 12.  
• Main-level Primary Suite: Queen bed, luxurious updated ensuite, and tranquil decor—your personal sanctuary.  
• Upstairs Primary Suite: Two queen beds, private ensuite bath.  
• Bedroom 3: Two full beds, office nook, and a loveseat with sleeper sofa—perfect for work and rest.  
• Bedroom 4: One queen bed, bright and welcoming.  
  
The home is being updated with brand-new coastal-inspired furniture, blending comfort and style. A few existing pieces remain, but most furnishings will be fresh and thoughtfully chosen.  
To access amenities renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. Passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion during normal operating hours. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass. Guests can enjoy an outdoor pool, heated indoor lap pool, hot tub, two saunas, indoor showers adjacent to pools, six Har-Tru tennis courts, basketball courts, ping pong, and a well-appointed fitness center. Also available is an onsite restaurant, The Den, and 2 playgrounds. Guests only have access to the pools located at the Pavilion near the front of the community.  
  
As part of the Bear Trap Dunes community, you’ll also enjoy access to a full-service restaurant, banquet facilities, pro shop, and one of Delaware’s top-ranked golf courses.

We loved our 5 day stay at this beautiful property. The house and the area around it had everything we needed and more. The kids had so much to do riding scooters in the quiet neighborhood, spending every afternoon at the pool or playing pickleball, tennis and the playground. The house was specious enough for the 10 of us with a nice back deck. Our family had such a great time and just wish we could stay longer! Thank you
