Full of old-school charm and modern amenities, this cabin-style home is located minutes away from the Bethany Beach Boardwalk, Fenwick Island State Park, the Freeman Arts Pavilion, the Discoversea Shipwreck Museum, and the area's numerous restaurants and shops.

Back at your stay, cozy up on the living room's ample seating, and tune into your favorite TV show or movie. When you aren't indulging in the area's local fare, the well-equipped kitchen provides a pleasant space to play chef with its full suite of appliances and plentiful meal prep space.

The little ones of the family will appreciate the home's second living room, ideal for their board game competitions. Rest assured that everyone will sleep soundly under the bedroom's plush linens and central air-conditioning. Additional interior perks include a private washer/dryer, central air conditioning on the lower level, mini-split units in each bedroom upstairs, and internet.

End another day on the front porch, swinging in the rocking chairs and gazing out at the sunset's yellow, orange, and pink hues as it meets the trees.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM.
All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Streaming only with guest’s own account. There is cable and streaming on the living room TV. The family room TV only has a VHS player with movies.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
The fireplace and wood stove are not for guest use.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
