This 3 bedroom home has a owner's suite located on the first floor. You will feel right at home in the well stocked kitchen with an open concept living room and dining room. Relax, grill, and have dinner on the deck after a long day at the beach. Upstairs offers a bedroom with a queen bed and day bed, a Jack and Jill bathroom, a third bedroom that has another queen bed, and a set of bunk beds. This home is perfectly located directly across the street from the playground, tennis courts and nearby pavilion and pool. Guests are welcome to catch the beach shuttle that picks up near the pavilion. This home is just walking distance to the Bear Trap driving range, pro shop, and the 1st tee. Don't forget to catch a happy hour or dinner at "The Den" restaurant, located in Bear Trap Community. Golfing may be purchased through the Pro Shop. To access amenities, renters may purchase passes at the prevailing rate established by the association. Passes may be purchased up to the allotted housing limit by accessing the website or purchasing at the Pavilion during normal operating hours. Children under the age of 4 do not require a pass. Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towel set per person. Look no further than the amenity-rich community of Bear Trap Dunes. Amenities include 1 outdoor pool, an indoor pool, fitness center, a beach shuttle, 6 tennis courts, saunas, and hot tubs. Bear Trap's restaurant, "The Bear's Den", driving range, and golf pro shop are all within a short walk. \*\*To finalize the reservation, a lease agreement must be signed. Also there was no hand soap or dishwasher detergent. This seems like an oversight as we’ve stayed in plenty of rentals that provide these items. Also, be sure to pack your own beach chairs, the ones at the house are old and rusted. We have stayed at Bear Trap Dunes for the past 3 years and love the community. ##### Jessica T. Short stay so didn't get to use the grill which i'm sure I would've enjoyed on the deck. My family had a nice time, would recommend. Beautiful, spacious, clean, well-stocked, comfortable home. Great location in a quiet, lovely community. Close to Bethany Beach(a challenge to park) and Fenwick State Beach ($10 to park for the day). More than we expected- very well-stocked kitchen, garage with beach toys and chairs, closet with games, deck with grill and table with umbrella, laundry. Lots of charging outlets. It is close to the Pavilion with indoor and outdoor pools, gym, tennis, shuttle to Bethany Beach etc. (Note: You need to buy passes at $50\. each to use any of these amenities). Crabs on the deck, BBQ on the grill, relaxing on the screened in porch, and more. The game closet was a fun surprise! Kitchen and rooms are all well equipped and the decor was charming.
