Just 1.5-2 blocks from the Pavilion amenities and 3.5-4 blocks to the October Glory outdoor pool (and right by the beach shuttle stop), this newly updated 2-bedroom, plus loft, 3-bath, second-floor walk-up corner Golf Villa-style condo offers a screened porch, with a new ceiling fan with lights, and an open deck. At 1,939 square feet, this rental offers the largest of the Bear Trap Dunes condo floor plans. The great room features not only a large living area (with a sleeper sofa) but also a small open area, with an office desk referred to as the "library" (also with a sleeper sofa), that just adds to the open and airy feel of this charming property. Partial view of the golf course, too. Recent updates include new stainless steel appliances in the well-equipped kitchen that include everything from new cabinets, new washer & dryer, pots & pans, air fryer, and coffee maker and grinder, to name a few. New wood flooring, granite countertops, a vacuum cleaner, bar stools, and many child-safe additions throughout the property are now available. The condo has two bedrooms and a loft. The first bedroom is equipped with a brand new California King bed, ideal for a restful rest. The second bedroom has a new bedding arrangement that includes a new bunk bed, plus a new single bed. Additionally, the loft includes another Queen bed, providing additional space for more guests. All new bedding on all beds to include new mattresses and waterproof mattress covers, new pillows, anti-allergenic/waterproof pillow covers on every bed, and new comforters and shams on every bed. Lastly, there is also one pull-out double bed in the living room, and one single bed pull-out in the den. The property has three bathrooms for added convenience, ensuring that all guests have the necessary space and privacy. The Village at Bear Trap Dunes surrounds 27 holes of championship golf at Bear Trap Dunes Golf Club. Just three miles to the beach, this exciting golf course community features a fantastic set of amenities, including The Village Pavilion (with indoor pool, outdoor pool, kiddie pool, exercise room, Har-Tru tennis courts, hard surface tennis court, pickleball courts, multi-sport court and saunas for homeowners and guests), outdoor pool, playground, summer beach shuttle and clubhouse with restaurant. The owner has also curated a refreshed look with the use of new art and textiles throughout the property for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Note: The Bear Trap Dunes Owners Association charges an optional per-person fee for guests ages 4 and older for the use of the community’s amenities, including the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis, and fitness center. This fee varies by the time of year and is subject to change without notice. Guests who opt to purchase amenity passes MUST purchase at the Bear Trap Pavilion. \*Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. Very comfortable with nice open floor plan. The kitchen was well equipped and it was convenient to have washer and dryer in the unit. It was very clean and had nice towels in all the bathrooms. The Wi-Fi worked well during our stay. The unit is on the 2nd floor - steps are located inside the entrance door. Would stay here again. ##### Bradley K. First two keyless codes did not even work for us to enter the home, the AC couldn't handle the hottest days of the Summer (system froze up and needed to be relocated for the night in to another property), then kitchen sink faucet started to leak leaving a big water mess for us to clean up. Spent more time troubleshooting maintenance issues during this vacation than should ever have to when you pay these prices. ##### Sue E.
