All pool guests are to wear a provided bracelet while at the pool. If a bracelet is lost or broken there is a $10 charge to replace to be paid after check-out \- All TVs are Roku streaming TVs. We have basic channels although some channels may require your streaming service login \-Must follow check-out instructions. These will be sent to you prior to check-out. \-Please treat my home and things in it as if they were your own. If something breaks or if you stain a sheet or towel really badly, please let me know so I can be sure to get it taken care of or replaced for future guests. \-No smoking inside the condo, please!
