Southern Exposure Less than a mile from the water, Southern Exposure is a beautiful, three-bedroom property near the white sands and beautiful sunsets of East Beach, as well as close to the heart of the historic downtown Ocean Springs shopping/restaurant district. This charming, newly renovated home has three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and is filled with amazing photography of the Gulf Coast. Southern Exposure is the perfect place for a romantic weekend getaway, as well as week-long vacations with the family. Loaded with amenities, you will find a clean, artistically decorated space with all the conveniences of home. Southern Exposure features a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances including a gas oven/stove, microwave, fridge, blender, and all the utensils you will need for preparing meals on days you rather stay in the comforts of home, rather than eating out at the numerous Ocean Springs hot-spots. The living room provides a comfortable place to lounge in front of the large flat-screen SmartTV, and provides an extra place to sleep if needed. In the Master Bedroom, you will find a King bed, with a private bathroom that features a walk-in shower. There are two guest bedrooms, each with queen-size beds. The property is also equipped with high-speed wireless Internet, and all the rooms have ceiling fans for additional cooling. \*\*\*There is a fully enclosed backyard for those bringing furry friends for a $150 non-refundable pet fee. This property was just as advertised, meaning no surprises. It was obviously newly remodeled throughout. The kitchen was well equipped and clean. The family room was comfortable, clean, and bright. The 2 bathrooms are very small, but that was common for houses built in this era (I know, I owned one). They were newly remodeled however, and worked out just fine. The gas grill was an added plus, and we made use of it. Upon entering the neighborhood, we quickly found that it was mixed. All smaller houses, and some fixed up very nice (like this one), and others less so. This is fairly typical of smaller southern cities, but the location was great...very easy access to downtown and the bridge to Biloxi and points west.
