Our property listing does mention the staircase and loft bed layout, and I apologize if this was inconvenient for you. I wish you had contacted us so we could explore alternative options, as we have multiple properties available in town. Regarding the nightstand drawer and bathroom hand soap, I apologize for the oversight. After our housekeeping team cleans the unit, supervisors inspect to ensure nothing is missed, but it seems we fell short in this instance. We take guest feedback very seriously and will discuss this internally to prevent similar issues in the future. Thank you for bringing it to our attention. We appreciate your feedback. To assist our guests with the TV, we've provided a handy TV guide located beneath the television. It offers instructions for accessing smart channels such as Netflix. Regarding parking, please note that the space in front of the cottage is ideal for mid-sized cars and sedans. For larger vehicles, we offer additional parking at the back of the cottages, adjacent to our sister property, where ample space allows larger vehicles to be parked parallel to the fence. Thankfully, Ocean Shores has numerous pet friendly options to choose from. Leaving pets unattended in a new environment gets them stressed out due to which they continuously bark and risk losing their lives due to constant salvation and thirst. We have designed pet friendly cottages for pet parents to enjoy their stay without having to leave those poor creatures back home.
