ABOUT BREEZY SAILS CONDO Welcome to Breezy Waves Condo. This second floor, cozy space will feel just like home. (Note: Stairs required!) Settle in with family and friends and head on out to the beach. You can either drive out onto the sand or take the scenic trail located on the back of the property. With two large bedrooms, you'll find plenty of room for your crew. One bedroom has a generous king-sized bed and the other has two plush queens. The living room features comfortable chairs and a sofa, with a smart, flat screen television and an electric fireplace. Comfortable and clean bed linens and towels are provided for your stay. The efficient kitchen provides plenty of space, cooking equipment and dinnerware to whip up a meal that will satisfy you and your companions. If you're looking forward to dining out, a variety of restaurants can be found just a short walk from the condo, including a pizza restaurant just across the street. While others know their way around it, we know that booking a rental property home for your vacation can be unfamiliar territory for some. Because we know this, we ensure that each of our properties is up to high-quality standards. We do our absolute best to provide support to our guests when booking. We are available to assist you every day of the year if you have any questions or concerns before, during or after your visit to our home. We have onsite property management available 24/7 for anything concerning that may arise. MANAGED: Property requires good behavior and adherence to instructions, house rules, terms, conditions, onsite instructions, and may require online registration, accidental damage protection, and electronic signature before final booking confirmation, or you may cancel before proceeding at that time. Instruction including access will be sent by email. Phones open 9am to 7pm every day. Unless otherwise arranged, check-in is between 5 and 7pm and check-out is before 11am. It is right along the main strip, across from the Red Genie Pizza. Unfortunately, the beds are extremely uncomfortable. We could not sleep on the King Bed so we shared the room with 2 Queens with my daughter. The queens were not the most comfortable but definitely more comfortable than the King Bed. The couch was also not very comfortable but we didn't spend much time during the day in the condo. Overall, I would stay here again due to the location but I would bring an air mattress and my own pillows. The location was ideal, however, It was a property with a lot of people living on site that were not very clean, there was alot of trash. As for the actual unit, it was clean and served its purpose. The bedding NEEDS to be replaced. The bed and pillows were hard! ALL the pillows were so high and had absolutely nothing soft about them. I actually went out and bought a pillow for the 2nd night. Overall, if push came to shove I would stay again, but make sure I had my own pillow ##### Kim L.
