Exceeding this limit will incur a $200 fine per person, per night \- Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am. Noise violations during quiet hours will result in a $500 fine and eviction \- This property is equipped with exterior security cameras (video and audio monitoring), including 2 facing the driveway and 1 on the back patio facing outward \*\*\* Additional fees apply for excessive cleaning, unapproved pets, undisclosed guests, smoking, and unauthorized vehicles. Non-compliance with the House Rules will result in a minimum of $500 fine and eviction without a refund.
