This unique property includes two well-maintained homes connected by a breezeway, making it ideal for large families, group retreats, or multi-family stays. Guests enjoy a comfortable layout with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms, two stocked kitchens, and plenty of indoor and outdoor space to relax. The game room features a pool table, ping pong, arcade games, and an Xbox, while the large fenced yard includes a fire pit, propane grill, and plenty of room for kids and dogs to play. The home is within walking distance of the beach, local shops, and restaurants, making it easy to enjoy the coast without long drives. Guests consistently praise the clean, well-stocked kitchens, comfortable beds, spacious layout for groups, and the variety of games and activities for all ages. If you need room for up to 18 people, you may also consider booking The Bungalows #1, #2, and #3, conveniently located right across the street. Bloomer Estates manages all four homes and can assist with large group reservations in a single call. So many details were well thought out. We stayed with our grandkids and there was so much for them to do. The house is very old and so beautiful, very taken care of and in good condition. Check in and check out process is so easy to use. We enjoyed our stay so much and would love to come back. One think to note is we had trouble finding restaurants open for supper that were family friendly and not too expensive so we ending up cooking a quick dinner on the grill both nights. The location is easy walking distance to several stores. We stayed on a Monday and Tuesday night so maybe there are more open on the weekends. Thank you! ##### Tammy L. The accommodations were better than we expected and the house was completely stocked with everything we needed and things that we didn’t even realize that we needed. The house is very convent to the beach and the little stores in town. The teens and younger liked to hang out in the game room with the pool table and the video game machine. All of us gathered in the big house's theater for movie nights. We used the firepit in the yard for roasting hot dogs and smores. The dog loved running around the fenced yard. Our only complaint would be that the yard and the kid toys in the yard have run down since we were there two years ago. The swing set, tunnel and playhouse all need renovation, and the sand boxes, gardens and patio need to be weeded. Even so, this is our favorite place to stay in Ocean Park/Long Beach. Not only is there something for everyone to enjoy, but being able to walk to Jack's Country Store, restaurants and the beach makes it the perfect location! ##### Marian S. The large fenced yard was great because we had two dogs and two small children. Most of the furnishings are a bit worn, for us that was fine. The downstairs queen bed in the guest house was noisy and uncomfortable. The kitchens were extremely well stocked. The hot water heater in the main house is very small, likely because of concerns about overloading the septic system. So showers and baths need to be staggered. The living room is small so it’s difficult to gather a large group in one place. Overall we were happy with the rental ##### Debra B. This property was a great spot for our family to get away for a weekend, but would also be amazing for a much larger group. It's a short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops. The yard was perfect for letting our dogs get some energy out, and the playground was fun for the kids. Our only complaint is that the property must struggle somewhat with ants. We were not leaving food out for any length of time, and yet found some in the kitchen. ##### Nathan I. We have 4 birthdays within 9 days in August, and like to bring all of the extended family together to celebrate. It is sometimes difficult to find a suitable place for all 9 adults and 5 kids to stay together. This filled the bill, and the large kitchen and dining area were great for us. It makes it a little trickier to use this beach when you have younger children. The house is big enough to house a good-size group, but be aware that this is a very old house and the floors are very creaky. Not good if the people upstairs are up later than the downstairs people. The two king beds both need new mattresses. They were lumpy and uncomfortable. Two of the living room chairs should also be updated/replaced. The kitchen is well appointed, and thankfully there is a large room off the kitchen where you can put the food you bring, etc. We did have a very good time as an extended family, as there is lots to do in the area. Everyone in our party truly enjoyed our stay. The house is beautifully appointed with all the conveniences one could want. The kitchen was incredibly well equipped as were all the bedrooms, bathrooms and the laundry area. We loved the close proximity of the beach and local stores.
