Newly renovated kitchen with new stainless appliances and granite countertop. It is located in a semi-private community of Summer Place . Low traffic circle street which is perfect for kids to ride bikes or for you to enjoy short walks. It is also just a short 900 ft walk to the beach with direct beach access located at Private Drive. You are a short 1/2 mile walk to the pier, shops, putt-putt, arcade, restaurants and ice cream. Outdoor hot/cold shower to rinse off from the beach. House has a fenced in Private Pool. Heating for the pool is available during off season for an additional charge. Linens are provided. Paper products and Towels are NOT provided. The quiet street was the perfect spot for the kids to come and go safely. The pool and patio area are nice additions to a comfortable home. The owner was very responsive when an issue popped up, too. Checking in and out was easy, and the whole process was smooth. We walked in and looked around and it was dirty. I opened the freezer so we could put up food and I had to clean it out before I put the food in. The kitchen had everything we needed but we had to search for it because everything was everywhere. Nothing was organized. The place had all the appliances but they were all dirty and needed to be cleaned and not just rinsed off. The trash cans had not been emptied so we were not able to use for all of our trash. We did notice the garbage was picked up on Saturday we were not informed of this service to have the trash cans on the street. The pool was dirty and had sand and debris. The pool guy was leaving when we arrived so I was surprised to see the pool in that condition. We took a group of 15 and the house worked perfectly for all of our needs. First, the pool is amazing! Great size and so refreshing after a day at the beach. There is a nice grill in this area and plenty of seating. There was plenty of sleeping area and enough bathrooms to share within the group. The kitchen was perfect for our large group and gave us plenty of space to cook and serve. The distance to the beach is an easy walk across the street. Overwall, our group had a great trip and the house was exactly what we were hoping for. Looking forward to booking this house again! ##### Jonathan L.
