PERFECT LOCATION, 2nd row home with beach access across the street!

  • Home was fully renovated in 2021!!!! Home has top of the line kitchen, dining, great room/family room with open concept design. Dining table seats 8 comfortably and 4 can eat at large kitchen island. Front porch has wonderful views of ocean and enough seating for whole family to sit outside and enjoy! Beach access is directly across the street from the property for easy beach days spent enjoying the waves and salty air. Community pool is directly behind home for quick, easy access to swim. Home has lots of outdoor space to spread out and enjoy the summer breeze. There is also a nice outdoor shower to enjoy after your day on the beach. Outdoor gas grill, seating area with TV, and dining table located under the home.

    Brand new kitchen complete with cabinets, quartz countertops, and all new stainless appliances. New flooring, new windows, new woodwork, new shiplap....there is no surface that has not been touched in this home.
    Two master bedrooms on main floor, both with King size beds. These two rooms both connect to a bathroom that has been upfitted. Stairway to the upstairs area overlooks the Family/great room space for an open and airy feel. There are two additional bedrooms upstairs complete with queen size bed and twin bunkbeds in each bedroom. Both of these bedrooms have private bathrooms that have also been upfitted.

Chris was a terrific host, very responsive, making sure we had a wonderful stay. This home was even equipped with beach chairs and boogie boards! We’ll definitely return.

House and accommodations could not have been better. The house is very spacious, we had 6 adults and 3 children and with that many bodies we never felt cramped. The front porch/deck was very nice for after dinner sitting with views of the ocean. Check in process was a breeze and the host could not have been better communicating or answering questions. Great experience

Relaxing, Spacious Home with Stunning Porch

We had a fantastic stay at this beach house! The home was clean, spacious, and had everything we needed for a relaxing week. The highlight was definitely the front porch—perfect for morning coffee and watching the ocean at night. You can really feel the care put into this home. We can’t wait to come back!

Holiday Happiness

We absolutely love our family times at Ocean Isle! This rental was perfect for a great holiday, the owners were more than accommodating and we all had a grand time. Great layout inside and out for loads of fun. Hoping to return again soon!

Very nice home with all you need for a fun stay. Location was wonderful. Porch and downstairs areas are well done. Grill was clean and easy. The owners even left the downstairs closet open for us to use all of the boogie boards, toys and chairs. All of the appliances worked well and I love the coded door.

Great Beach House

I took my daughter and six of her friends to the beach. This house was perfect! The location is wonderful, directly across from the beach access. The layout of the rooms and bed arrangements are great for a large group. The home has been nicely renovated and has all the amenities you will need.

AMAZING HOUSE!

This was our first trip to OIB for my husbands 30th birthday with our boys & some friends and we all absolutely loved it! The house is just as it shows in the pictures and the owner is super nice & responds quick! We will definitely be back very soon!

Location is amazing. Short walk to the beach and our favorite part about the house. The backyard was really nice and had a great seating area and a grill. We also enjoyed the front deck. It was a great place to sit and relax especially in the evening. The only concerns we had is the bedrooms need new dressers in every room. They were old and did not slide in and out very easy. One of the beds upstairs was uncomfortable however we only had 5 people so we were able to move to another more comfortable bed. It took awhile for the stove to heat up and if you open the door the temperature would drop. As long as you allowed extra time you can make it work. You can not take a shower the same time you run the washing machine. The water pressure drops so you need to time your showers when you are not washing clothes. None of those things stopped us from having a great time. We did not reach out with our concerns as we were able to make it work.

Family vacation

Our time at Ocean Isle was a blast. Chris was excellent to work with. The only issue we had was with the WiFi and a quick text to Chris and she made a call and it was good. The home is as described and was very clean. The location was excellent, just a few steps to the ocean. We will definitely stay here again for our next family vacation at OIB, Thanks Chris for allowing us to enjoy your home at the beach😊

Still the One

My family has visited the beach, as a tradition, during the Labor Day holiday for 30 years. Each year, we rent a different place. This year, we hit the jackpot! We can’t brag enough about the entire experience and owner! This is the first year we have wanted to stay in the same house another time! Our family voted unanimously to book this house again!
