Shared pool will open up in Mid May after pool inspection. Pool is always open June - August 2025 and after 2025 will be open all year round. Location Location Location Oceanside with private walkway. We are at the Quiet West end with a great beach, wide, never crowded. Our unit is especially nice as we overlook the pool and sound. There are no buildings blocking our view of the pool and sound side. Sit back and watch the sunsets. We have impeccable customer service. We have been renting private homes for 20 years. We do not use a service, you are dealing direct with owners. Brand New Kitchen, Upscale, Granite, Stainless appliances, Everything Updated along with a Large Fridge. We also have Large expanded deck for families to sit along with eating area. We are the original owners and have been renting several homes in OIB. Windjammer II is one of eight units in this handsome, two-level townhouses located Oceanside on the West End of Ocean Isle Beach. There is a large pool located directly in front of this, Non-Smoking townhouse. The pool is one of the largest on the Island. Our unit is not ocean view (there is one view) /we have a view of the Sound, but you are just steps away (less than 30 seconds) to the beach with NO streets to cross! Simply go underneath our unit , Windjammer, to the Private Beach access ramp/dunes. Very wide beach at the West end. Windjammer is perfect for families. The kids can go back and forth from pool to beach with ease and no streets to cross. Our townhouse is very large and spacious inside, and has two porches which overlook the sound side of the island. You are not and do not feel cramped in this home and it is much larger than most of the houses on Ocean Isle. This townhouse is the brightest of all. The kitchen is recently renovate with all new stainless appliances, granite, new kitchen cabinets, spacious with a large capacity refrigerator, new floors, and lots of cabinet space. The dining and family living area has nice flooring throughout. WIRELESS INTERNET FOR ALL GUEST--Yes, you can telework and never have an issue with WIFI. The 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms are spacious with plenty of closet and storage space. All bedrooms have a beautiful private full bathroom. The bedrooms have beds as follows: ONE KING, ONE QUEEN,ONE QUEEN, TWO DOUBLES, TWO DOUBLES. The 2 master bedrooms are located on the main floor with their own private spacious bathroom. Upstairs there are 3 more bedrooms with three full bathrooms and a laundry area with lots of closet space. All bedrooms have CABLE TV. The family area has a new flat screen TV and all bedrooms also have flat screens. We have books to read, games to play and movies to watch. The kitchen is stocked to accommodate your party of up to 14, large with plenty of dishes, glasses, cookware, cocktail glasses and storage containers. The dining area is open and bright with a brad ew large dining room table and chairs and additional seating with a side table area. There is also a large new deck on the beautiful beach with a shower. You may sit on that porch and enjoy the ocean. We just expanded our main deck on the main level , which is off the family room, and there is a second porch is off a large bedroom. Enjoy the quiet island while relaxing on the porch, with a cool drink and your favorite book. You will also have access to our downstairs owners closet with a grill, beach chairs, pool floats, etc. The beach is beautiful, wide, and not crowded on the private West End of the Island. Parking is available underneath our unit for 3 cars along with outer spots located around the pool. Ocean Isle is 6 miles of beach with a few new restaurants, mini putt putt course, and ice cream parlor and arcade for kids. It is not a commercial beach, but a perfect place for vacationers and families to get together and enjoy a stress-free vacation. We always have great communication with our guests, can also sometimes offer early check in if available. We have a key-less entry and will forward a Welcome Package Email to our renters information regarding our house and Ocean Isle. We have been renting on the island three other homes for 20 years so our customer service is impeccable. Call for additional rates or for off season vacation deals. Just off the island more stores and restaurants are readily available. The dining table in this rental has a bench on one side and chairs on the other, which is attractive and practical. We felt like this place was roomier than many other places we have stayed. The sofas were comfortable for watching TV or playing games. The street is quiet. The beach access is easy. There were 7 of us and with 5 bathrooms and 7 beds, everyone was comfortable!! We had plenty of space and all we needed to have a great time away! We spent time inside around the long dinner table eating meals and birthday cake and it was great to have a place where we were all comfortable. The proximity to the beach was fantastic! We brought a wagon but never used it as we were so close and could carry our things and walk. Wonderful getaway for a group! ##### Timothy G. Everything was so easy, from booking, to getting our check in information. Michele was great, very prompt with responding, and helpful when we had questions. The house was gorgeous, spacious, plenty of room for our group, everything was clean, provided with plenty of household items to use during our stay. The kids enjoyed the pool as well. So convenient having a short walk straight out to the ocean. We loved the area, and neighborhood. There is plenty to do as a family. Perfect location, the house was roomy enough for all! Bedrooms are large, it is nice that they all have bathrooms attached! Kitchen had everything one needs for cooking! We had our 4 year old & 10 month grandchildren & they loved the pool & beach! Complex Pool could use a makeover (no fault of the owner), but overall we had a AMAZING time! There was more than enough room for everybody, and each bedroom having a bathroom was amazing! The kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies you could need; we easily cooked big breakfasts and dinners each day. The beach was a 2 minute walk- easy enough to go back and forth as needed. The location of the property was also ideal. It was far enough down the road that it was quiet, not packed with people, and gave the feeling of privacy but also just a quick 5 minute drive to the little town with ice cream, food, playground, mini golf. The owner was very communicative/responsive and super easy to work with. Overall, we loved this property and will absolutely stay here again. ##### Kelly B. Michele was so nice to work with and very prompt in answering emails, texts and calls. We had a little issue with the air and a leak but she was quick to call a repairman and had it fixed while we were at our sonā€™s wedding. They came while we were gone so we werenā€™t inconvenienced at all. I hope we can come back when we can enjoy all the amenities. Our stay was a whirlwind of rehearsal and wedding and then we came home. Michele offered us a little extra time before we had to check out as well. It was a very pleasant experience. ##### Lisa H.
