Come Relax In This Beautiful 4 Bedroom 4 Bath Islander Villa With Stunning Views Of The Ocean! Beach Access across the street!


This beautiful villa has just been given a complete makeover and is now fully updated, fully stocked, and ready for your arrival. The Beautiful Day Beach House will make you feel like you never want to leave. With all the beauty that surrounds you in Ocean Isle Beach there are plenty of ways to stay busy or do nothing at all. You will be on the top floor of a 6 unit building with less than a 5 minute walk to the beach access, which is across the street or the Isles Beach Club, where you will have full access to the pool, tiki bar, and a wonderful restaurant all right on the beach. Don't forget to bring your tennis rackets, the courts are a short 2 minute walk away.

This villa is situated on the west side of the island tucked away in a safe neighborhood, very well suited for walking and riding bikes. Wake up and have breakfast outside on the deck while enjoying the beautiful ocean views or while watching the many turtles in the pond below while enjoying a stunning sunrise right from the deck. By around 3 in the afternoon the deck is fully shaded and makes for a lovely place to snuggle up in the cozy egg chair and read a good book. We have some great book options to choose from in case you forget yours or just want to pick from someone else's collection. Of course the deck also makes for a great place to enjoy a freshly grilled dinner or night cap.

The common areas encourage togetherness. Hang out in the living room and chat, watch tv, or a movie while others are at the dining room table playing a game or putting a puzzle together, or having a snack at the bar. You will find lots of fun games to play and puzzles to put together. Linens are provided as well as two sets of towels for each bedroom with the exception of the bunk room which will receive four sets. Speaking of the bunk room, there are two full over full bunk beds encompassing this fantastic room. Almost all of the furniture throughout the condo is new and each bed has a new mattress. The linens are all excellent quality and I am certain you will find yourself very cozy while vacationing in our home. The kitchen is extremely well stocked. Our hope is that you will have all the appliances you need plus some fun extras to try while on vacation, like our homemade ice cream maker. The hairdryer is in the large bathroom; we will guarantee at least one hairdryer, although there will likely be another somewhere. There are extra blankets, plenty of pillows, and enough of the necessities to get you started as far as the bathroom, kitchen, and laundry items.

*Deposits will be sent within 5 days after checkout
*Onsite parties are strictly prohibited!
*TVs in all bedrooms and living room with streaming via guests personal accounts, also access to tv channnels via Roku app which is included.
*The Isles Club is open seasonally Memorial Day through Labor Day
*Parking for four vehicles (depending on size of vehicles) with additional parking at the tennis courts
*Tennis courts are available for your use
*Golf carts can be rented *2 Adult Bikes (will need to provide your own helmets) *We have tons of beach supplies- I will send complete listings you book but to name a few: Shibumi, Umbrella, Beach Toys and Games, Beach Towels, Chairs, Boogie Boards, Skim Board, Coolers, Speaker and so much more!!!!7
