There was an issue with the golf cart not being operational & Larry let us know that right away. What we had expected as a wonderful vacation turned into a bad weather situation but Larry clearly understood & took great care of us & worked with VRBO to get us a refund. If you are looking for a clean home with a large well equipped kitchen & private pool this is your place! I was extremely pleased with his communication and his thoroughness regarding the property booking and updates prior to our vacation. We had a large group and had everything that we needed during our stay. The house came with all of the cutlery, baking dishes, and anything needed to prepare our breakfast lunch and dinners during our entire stay. There was ample room and bathrooms for all of the guests and we enjoyed the large living room area and adjacent deck. We were extremely pleased with the amount of parking and proximity to the beach. Several of our guests found the nature trail which was a quick walk from the home to be a nice and relaxing way to either unwind or days or start our day. The location was fabulous....just a short walk from the beach. Great views of the ocean from the house. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the balcony watching the sun come up over the ocean....and watched the sunsets from there as well. The house was clean, comfortable and spacious. It had everything we needed. The kitchen was well equipped. The golf cart was a fun way to explore the island. The private pool definitely came in handy especially after being on the hot beach all day. Kitchen was fully stocked and had plenty of room for our party of 10\. Perfect vacation!
