Amazing space and location

We loved it! The property was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. Beds were clean and comfortable. Kitchen, appliances and dishes were clean and ready to use. We had a quick easy walk to the beach. The kids loved swimming in the pool. This location was convenient and less crowded than the main beaches.

This was such a beautiful condo. Very nicely decorated and clean ! The kitchen was fully stocked for all our cooking needs ! The bedrooms were very spacious , and the beds were comfortable!! ! Sheryl was so quick to respond to any question or concern I had ! We will definitely be back to this wonderful place!

Great Stay

The condo is beautiful and well furnished. Very modern and updated. The beds were so comfortable and the room darkening shades were fantastic. Would definitely stay again and highly recommend!

I love this place!

We’ve stayed in Sand Dwellers condos before but this was our first time in E20 and it’s now my favorite. Beautifully appointed, well stocked with all you need for your stay and of course this is the best location at OIB!

Our family had a great time at this Ocean Isle condo. The location was great with awesome views of the beach. The top floor condo was clean and quiet. This was our first trip to Ocean Isle and we were not disappointed. The beach was so nice and there was plenty of space for everyone. The island also had a good selection of dining and activities. There is a local community playground and park that we visited every night where both our kids loved to play at. This was our first trip to this location but will not be our last.

Beautiful, clean unit

This is one of the nicest units we have stayed in yet at Sand Dwellers. The unit was extremely clean and comfortable. It felt like we were at home! The beds were even comfortable! We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing condo right on the beach!

I can’t say enough good things about this 2 bedroom condo. The owner thought of every little detail , from the tasteful decor to the pots and pans - one of the best we have come across and we have rented quite a bit from VRBO. The beds and pillows were comfortable, not like some that gave worn out cheap pillows in their rentals. Full sized washer/ dryer, Mere steps to the beach. Highly recommended.

Summer Vacation

Despite Mother Nature not being on our side for our stay, we loved the condo and location! The condo is super cute & updated! My Husband loves to cook and had everything he needed in the fully stocked kitchen! Sheryl was amazing and always so quick to respond! Can’t wait for our next visit here!

Cozy and well organized

Our family of four had a lovely stay this past week. The beds were very cozy and we all slept well. The kitchen was stocked and organized which made cooking and clean up very easy. We loved the location! Getting back and forth to the beach was a cinch. The pool was a game changer and gave our boys options!! We loved exploring on and past the rocks. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect condo

This is the perfect and most beautiful/comfortable condo right on the beach. This is our 2nd year in a row staying here and we will be back again! We have been coming to Ocean Isle for 11 years and this is by far my favorite place to stay!

Beach Paradise

Beautiful views and pool directly infront of unit. Lots of steps to condo. Very fresh and updated appliances. Washer and dryer are tricky to use if not use to lots of options but there’s a great breeze you can hang your towels and suits on back porch. We would highly recommend renting a golf cart to get around isle and entertainment .

I never give reviews, but this stay warranted one. It was the best week! We had some initial hiccups, our room wasn’t clean when we arrived. The cleaners had been working hard all day short staffed and arrived about the time we checked in. No big deal to us, we went to get supper. The next day the owner of the cleaning group came to our room and gave us a gift card and small goodie basket for the trouble. I was blown away by that kindness! She couldn’t help her help didn’t show up and was kind to bring us a little something. Then the AC went out in the unit. I contacted Sheryl and she quickly got a repair person on the way who was able to fix it. The communication was quick and efficient. The condo has all you need for a beach vacay, I especially appreciated the linens and beach chairs provided. We truly enjoyed our stay and will probably be back! Thanks for a wonderful week & kind gestures. There is still good in this world!

Perfect spot!!

Property was perfect for what we needed! Access to the beach was very close! They are rebuilding the dunes between the property and the beach so you couldn’t walk directly out to the beach, you had to walk to the end of the complex (maybe 75yards) and use the public access. With being at the end of the island there was always wide open spaces to find the perfect spot on the beach! It was also very convenient that the property came stocked with its own supply of beach accessories! Didn’t have to worry about packing or buying umbrellas, chairs etc! The property was very clean and came well stocked! Only needed to get a few small things. The complex overall was clean and quiet. We rented a golf cart to get around the island all week. When not at the beach the private (complex) pool was very relaxing! Would definitely rent this space again!

Great stay for young children

This property was fantastic for our family of four. The provided pack & play allowed us to have more flexibility in our luggage. Everything was clean, and the provided hotel soaps were a pleasant touch. We felt very welcomed and like we were at a home away from home. A very short walk to the beach and the pool gave us the option of both for each day while allowing time for a nap in between. We definitely enjoyed putting the kids to bed and listening to the waves on the balcony in the otherwise still of the night. Thank you!
